Our waitress was great! I believe her name was Pearl.

Reservation for 3 on 7/25/2002. After being seated waited 15 minutes for water. Ordered a bottle of rose' for the table. Waitress with nose ring brought two glasses of rose'. Explained we ordered a bottle and her response-"I heard 2 glasses." Finally brought bottle of rose'-1. felt like it had been kept all day in the trunk of a car-extremely hot; 2. bottle was already opened instead of customary procedure to open new bottle at the table; 3. waitress brought opened bottle to our table with it TUCKED UNDER HER ARMPIT!!! Spoke to manager on duty-would have had more response if I had talked to the wall. We all left and went to another restaurant and had a great meal and evening. Stay away from this restaurant.

This was my first time coming to this place and I will not return. The place is not clean. Dirty atmosphere, lots of bugs flying around everywhere and had a old mop smell. Food was not good, very salty and over priced. Service was very slow. Overall, I’m Mad I wasted my money but I won’t return

Everything but the food was acceptable.

I had a great time at the establishment. Great food and service

Quick bite at the bar. Great service.

If you’re wanting a fancy place to eat sushi, this is definitely not the place. Our waitress was the highlight of the evening but the food was just not good. Sashimi didn’t taste fresh and the martini was absolutely terrible. The olives and olive juice had to be purchased at Dollar General. I rarely leave reviews but I just hate for anyone to spend this kind of money on sub par sushi and poor atmosphere. Spent $160 with tip for two of us on an appetizer, two entrees and two drinks and felt so deflated and unsatisfied after leaving.

Very good quality food. Service was excellent. Definitely recommend.

Food was good. Garlic edamame is on point! The server was forgetful and not very attentive. She seemed distracted and it wasn’t that busy at the time we were there. She had other waitstaff helping her as well. I’m not sure if she’s new or what but she definitely needs more training.

I have been to RA several times and the food is consistently good (sushi), however the service gets continually slower (Addison location)- the few servers they have work hard, but there are just not enough of them. Would consider another restaurant if you are going at any peak time.
