You don’t find many restaurants like R+D that are consistently good every single time you go. R+D never disappoints and it is my first stop when I’m back in town. I just wish you could make reservations easier

Impecable service, consistent food, excellent drinks. Every time you visit R+D, the experience is excellent. The Sunday was just tasty... Lots of chocolate sauce...We had the Nigiri and devil eggs appetizer and they both were excellent. (A tad les rice on the Nigiri?).Chicken, hamburger, salmon etc, all were cooked perfectly and tasted excellent.A must.

I absolutely love R+D and Melanie, who always greets with a huge smile. The sushi is better than you will find at any sushi bar and the sandwiches are huge and delicious. They don't have decaf coffee any more, which is a tad disappointing since that used to be one of my favorite cups in the area. It's a bit hidden behind Hillstone, but that doesn't keep it from being super busy every day, so go early or late, if possible.
Immediately upon entering this restaurant, you are greeted by a wonderful, kind and patient hostess, Melanie. The glow of ambient light in the bar invites you to enjoy a craft cocktail as your cozy little table awaits. An abundance of warm chatter fills the room and you will immediately feel right at home. Once seated, the food under-promises and over-delivers, appetizer to dessert. 5 stars, but it all starts with Melanie.
