After we were seated no one came to check in. We had to stop a random waitress after 25 mins. They didn’t have half the drink menu available. It took another hour for our food to come and it came plate by plate. Within longer than 10-15 mins. The Colorado bison melt was DRY! Service was horrible! They don’t deserve a 1 star.
Very large place, with a lot to do. But, very expensive and good food. Cost 2 people $90. Great place for large groups.
We looked forward to this evening for 3 weeks. The bachelorette party was so excited for karaoke, drinks and bowling. We arrived and were shunned for drinks. We asked for a beer only to be given hot draft and told the kitchen was closed. As food continued to be served for hours, we were treated to hot beer and poor service. White ladies were not treated well here. How sad.
Dropped by in the afternoon to check out the games. Natalia met us by the door and was so friendly ! She offered a drink menu and walked us over to life size Jenna which I was looking for. It was kind of deserted around noon but I'm sure it picks up later at night. Definitely give this place a try !
First time to Dallas! Definitely recommend the punch bowl social. Kevan was our server/bartender, he gave us awesome recommendations! Amazing service.

The service was really bad. The guy that brought our food had an attitude. Just dropped our plates off and walked away. We went to the Punch Bowl in Chicago and it was a much much much better place

Came to Punch Social after a long day and Malik the manager was extremely helpful. Ask for Laura if your getting a table, service is exceptional! Definitely coming back because the chicken and waffles are a MUST. Literally forgot to take a picture. Everything was delicious*
Pretty cool place to hang-out. Considering no one was really at the place, the food took a long time to come come out. I would not purchase the games because the prices are on the high-side, but to each their own.
