Rude staff. Came in for my pick-up order (Saturday, 4/9 ~ 12:30pm) and the girls in the front laughed at me for not immediately seeing my bag on the counter because Uber Eats told me to show them the confirmation page.
This place is sad. No acai for days and now they have açaí but no strawberries, bananas, or blueberries. With all the grocery stores around, how is this even a situation for Pressed? Hire a runner.
Juice is not fresh it's in bottles with discolored content, you know how if you were to fresh pressed juice..and then let it sit for like 3 days that's what you're getting. By the name pressed I assumed it will be fresh pressed juice that is not the case this is what my juice looks like after 3 or 4 days with professional bottling service. I do like that it's large portions but the juices probably degraded.

First time ever there. The manager was so arrogant towards me since I didn’t know much of the menu making smart remarks and laughing about the employee that was their she was not helpful at all. Poor service
You can buy the juices here directly. They gave me samples of the frozen treats. The level 1 juices are too sweet, but all others are good. Check expiration dates, some expire very soon after you buy them.
I got the vanilla freeze and it was really yummy!
I had the pleasure of visiting the store for the first time last month. Purchase cleanse 1 & 2. I enjoyed both; the taste, packaging and the young man serving me was great very kind.Customer service only a two star.Came back again today 05/31/21, and brought a friend to purchase two cleanse, because I was very pleased. The customer service was not very good and the young lady was very agitated, and impatient. It was my second time and my friends first time. I can’t wait till other locations open. We drove from McKinney....
The staff is not properly educated on products, walked in asking for low carb options and she had no clue. Asked about the nutrition facts of juices and was not able to provide that or answer any nutrition related questions. Being a healthy juice company, they should educate the staff. Also, there is no low carb option available. For those doing Keto, you’ll have no luck here.
