1:35 pm. I come here all the time. So I'm upset that this experience was enough for me to leave a review.. couldn't hear the cashier well due to muffled speech. At the end I believe she told me to reprocess the card. I tried to clarify if that's what she wanted me to do.. she said nevermind.probably cuz it was her mistake, then insulted me and called me deaf... at least that was loud enough to hear.after I left,I confirmed my transaction went through. As an employee don't take out your internal problems on customers
REALLY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE! I’m just giving one star because the food is good but, the customer service is bad. I ordered, then had to repeat my entire order to the staff and they still kept getting my order wrong. The lady who takes orders during lunch is very unfriendly, and the guy who puts the veggies for some reason wasn’t wearing gloves. The way she treated me might have something to do with the way I speak English because I have a slight Mexican accent.
Let me add too this. Finally got ahold od someone and can't even place an order to go on the phone... like what the actual hell. Your on the phone with me and I can not place an order... Just blows my mind. If there was a zero starCalled their store multiple times, No answer. There phone system is trash and website doesn't work properly. So what a great experience I can't order ahead of time. Yayiee
Everyone at this location hates their job, decent sandwiches, but kind of depressing when the worker says he’d rather be sleeping in a car than working there! Lol… I recommend Jersey Mikes!

Good food, but understaffed and chaotic especially during lunch hours, cashier charged 15.00 for a cup of soup, manager stepped in, but the cashier instead of apologizing just went about his business
First time using active menus and it has been hands down my favorite food delivery service. It has no delivery fees and the prices of the food did not raise. Thank you active menus for delivering my lunch today.
Our sandwiches were delicious! The BLT and The Wreck both highly recommend! Well...everything is good!!
The food is always great, I just wish the walk in ordering process was made a little more customer friendly. I ordered, then had to repeat my entire order to the person putting toppings on, then again had to repeat my entire order to the person that I paid. I understand if it’s busy, but it was slow and there were 5 people working. It would have been easy to communicate my order down the line… the staff was just unfriendly and uninterested in helping me. I don’t have great hearing and they were annoyed when I asked them to repeat their questions… I wasn’t greeted before ordering and I wasn’t told “thank you” when I paid…. I’ve had great experiences here in the past but the general attitude of the staff today was just disappointing.
