Bad customer service, not professional , rude to customers, cold food , dirty inside.. Honestly, corporate needs to overhaul the management here. Of course, the food is good because we all love Popeyes. But jeez, I’ve basically never had a pleasant experience at this location. In terms of service, they are always behind schedule, slow, unprepared, and unmotivated. Zero care about your order. Zero attention to detail. It’s bad - real bad. need new management because what they have sucks
I go to this Popeyes weekly and it regularly closes early. The drive thru line is always at least a 15 minute wait (upwards of 30+ minutes every other time). Anytime I ask for sauce I get an annoyed look or slammed drive thru window.But today took the cake. I ordered a big box and told them twice which sides I wanted. They still did not have the right sides…When I corrected them the lady stared at me and the woman behind her rolled her eyes. When I received my food, my fries were so old they were hard. My mac and cheese was a few spoonfuls and tasted like old grease. I had to throw it all away once I was home. This will be the last time I come back.
This location was horrible. Had a line to the street and then when ordering child at register got order wrong. I asked for a Tuesday special Spicy. When I finally made it to the window she said $8 and something . I stated the special is only $1.95. Forgot at the beginning she stated they only have breast and I said fine I want the special spicy two time. She continue to tell me i owe 8 and Again i said no 1.95 x 2 doesn't equal 8 and she says yes i can take a picture of it. As this went on another child worked in the store eating....this was so crazy. I said plz get someone to help because im not paying 8 for Tuesday special especially after waiting. 30 min in line. So a young man came and said don't charge em for breast if that's all we got but proceeds to tell me that I ordered that ...I said no I want the spicy dark meat he says ok...I was then told it will b 3.88 I was then handed a box of dark Mild....After the whole ordeal I just took it and drove off. This Popeye was like in the twilight zone with unprofessional kids working which is very sad and horrible customer service....
If you order online for pickup, you will be greeted with a locked lobby door and a backed up drive thru. Attempting to call the store phone results in call failed errors. Your only choice is to wait through the incomprehensibly slow drive thru line while your food sits. This place does not seem to want business and is doing a great job of ensuring that business decreases, one frustrated customer at a time.
Uber eats delivery driver... So for starters.. All employees standing around doing nothing pink haired lady who i assume had been taking the orders and lady with extra long hair that probably should be wearing a hair net while she kept swinging her hair around, and whole time manager sitting having dinner while the line wraps around into the street had me sitting waiting for a 3 piece combo for about 30-45 min and when i finally get to the front i see a whole pile of chicken sitting just waiting to be boxed and what appeared to be the youngest one there the only one working to box all the orders by herself while the others lolly gag.. Unacceptable wait time. Lets get it together. If I could rate no stars I would. Also mind you i still got to window and had to wait an additional 7 minutes.
❌LOOKS LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO WORK❌Online states they close at 10:00 pm we pull up and the loghts are out . Drive thru is dark, main sign is out. Other cars pulling in and waiting for someone to take their order. But nothing and they have to just drive off as well ..they turn everything out 30 to 45 min early.. NOT GOOD BUSINESS.So sonic it is!
Slow as molasses. For those like me who prefer to go inside restaurants for fresher food, I grabbed my cane and proceeded to the door, only to find it locked with NO SIGN saying the lobby was closed. Since I was going for a sick daughter, I went through the ever slow drive-thru ?. I suggested if their lobby is going to be closed, it would help if a sign were posted to that effect because I saw several people attempt entering the lobby after I'd tried entering the lobby, go to their cars and just speed drive off. They could have been frustrated like me. All this and the chicken sandwich wasn't even good. My daughter took a couple of bites and then tossed it.
I miss the days when popeyes used to be considered fast food. Waits lately have been 30 minutes in drive thru. It's faster for me to order takeout at more premium places and drive further since that is faster than waiting in line here.
Lobby closed at 7pm. Line in drive thru is long. They're out of coleslaw. Couldn't give me a reciept when I asked. They told me their printer wasn't working. We literally just ordered a side of mashed potatoes at the window and they made us wait another 10 minutes On top of all that the food was cold but of course we don't have a receipt to take it back
very depressing!!! not only did the "night manager " offer no resolution but he maintained that he doesn't even know " how to work the App " how sad. I mean really, first he is just out of high school and therefore should most definitely be at least basically 'tech' savvy. But not this young man oh know. He is adamant about it, the fact he doesn't know how to use the Popeyes App. and he says he will not honor any promo, or bonus for new Customers ( mobile App) . after not getting anywhere with this "sad" excuse for a night manager I drove to Church's Chicken
