Went there tonight, and the chicken was cold & tasted old, and there was only like a third of mashed potatoes in the container, smh. Waste of money.Tried them again tonight (5/20/22), no one answered the intercom, had to drive to the window where they took my order, the food was cold again, and macaroni literally halfway filled in the container. I’ve attached a picture showing how I received it with no bites taken. Also no sauce offered or provided..This location is trash!
Customer service is short, sharp and impersonal. Manager walked RIGHT PAST the lady at checkout, leaning back on counter behind her... on her cellphone. Food was fast and hot, as ordered. The restaurant was relatively neat and clean to include the bathroom. For a fast food establishment, this was not ideal but it was acceptable! I wonder if the lack of patrons could be attributed to the lackluster customer service???
This is the 2nd time I ordered a meal from this Popeyes and never received my order at all. I tried to reach out to everyone I could with this problem and the restaurant wants to blame DoorDash, DoorDash blames the driver, and with resolution. To my problem. Even once someone eventually fixes my problem and refunds my money no one ever tries to fix my missed food, my lost money, and lost time. Why keep going back to somewhere that doesn't care to help me.
Great place for lunch if you have 40 minutes to spare. I ordered pick up and the food wasn't ready, and there was a long line outside and inside the restaurant. Ordering pick up didn't save me any time.Food here is typical, decent fast food. Nothing special to talk about.
If you want hot and juicy chicken tenders at 9:30PM....This is not the place to go. Cold and stale tinders. Biscuit was warm.
Stood in line for 15 mins last night for them to stop taking orders with a line full of people. The lil black boy comes to the windows and just stares and drink, tugging on the window saying “their closed”. By far the worst Popeyes, these young kids will be the death of customer service
Wost service ever got here at 9:30pm stood in drive thru until my turn at 9:50pm noone answered the drive thru so I kept saying hello. Not a single person answered my hello's 4 cars behing me at this point. I call the store no answer, all for at 10:01 a cook comes out yelling we are closed! Like I have been sitting here for over 10 minutes for y'all to take my order and thats the kind of service we get?
The regular and spicy chicken strips are great. I’m not real crazy about the new blackened chicken flavor though.
The line is always long but moves quick. They also have a decent staff for fast food in Dallas.
The guy on the front desk is super nice and he knows his job.Really good chicken and the nuggets!!!!! they're so delicious.
