Cute popsicle shop offering alot of flavors made with real fruit. I had a vanilla popsicle dipped in milk chocolate and coated with chopped pecans. The chocolate and pecans was the best part to me. I had a vanilla popsicle as the base, but it was lacking flavor. It would have been nice if they sold an actual ice cream bar, but it is a popsicle shop after all!They also sell Popsicles made with alcohol sold to adults only of course.
We arrived a 9:45 on 4.14.2022 and were immediately told they were closed. They were serving other customers and the worker attempted to refuse service. They were rude and unprofessional. I informed them that they were NOT closed and we were then told all they had were popsicles and we would not be served toppings. We had 4 children with us and one wanted sprinkles. The worker said the sprinkles were ‘closed up’ which was a lie. The container was opened right in front of us. This was a horrible experience on a beautiful spring night made for popsicles. Pop Factory- please train your team on customer service and professionalism. My family has visited this site many times before but this visit is the one we remember the most. You made us feel unwelcome and the children were disappointed.
Excellent pops, you can taste how good this ice cream pops are made , I love this place opens for late dessert

What a nice ice pop shop to visit in the heart of Dallas downtown. It was my first time and i am glad i found this to be my favorite ice cream shop. I tried nutella banana pop and it was as delicious as hell. Customer service is fab. Beware of long queue as this place is usually busy with customers but worth the wait
Overpriced Popsicles that they say contained alcohol but if they did I wasn't able to taste it. Good stop during an after dinner walk around West Village in Uptown.
Love this place. Their Oreo cookie and Frozeé paletas are delicious. My dogs really enjoy their pupcicles too.

Walked in and I was just very disappointed; they only had about 9 flavors to choose from and none of them were fruity! Got a chocolate pop and it was just super strong and the cookie dough alright. Never being so confused about a place like this one never again!!!!
Key lime pie popsicle was delicious! Dulce de leche popsicle could have been sweeter. Service was friendly.
