It was a little better today, least the cashier wasnt trying to get a baby daddy like the one with glasses and ignoring everyone that isnt hispanic.
Glad to eat here because I order chicken fajita nachos. The chicken was fresh and chips were fresh and crunchy. The beans and queso were full flavored.
We love this place!!! Always yummy and fresh. The employees are so sweet and friendly. Definitely a great deal for a yummy meal!!!
The kids that work there are so dude, went to the drive through no one answered for 5 good minutes so decided to go the the window n the kid taking orders ask me "why did you pull up should have wait " very rude way I never understand and after they said chicken is not ready until 30min. Told me to stay on the side while other people are getting service which is chicken not understand why they did this to me

Another win for pollo regio manager or who seemed was the manager very nice. We came in was greeted and offered the special the half chicken with a drink. Enjoyed the meal definitely recommend this location.

We were across the street at O'Reilly and hungry. We were drawn to El Pollo Regio because the smells coming from there were amazing! Went in and ordered and were very impressed! Great service, amazing food, and reasonably priced. The cajeta church was the perfect finish!
This is the best food around east Dallas. Always fast and on time. Great servers,delicious food and outstanding menu. Drive thru worker miguel gives great customer service!!! I will always come here for great food!!
We had our serpentine belt snap and drove to the next O'Reilly across the street with our remaining battery. Our car breaking down was a great opportunity to give this restaurant a try. Being from Longview, these are the freshest ingredients I've ever had. The locals said this restaurant was "alright." To me, it was a lie xD. They have amazing churros, and chicken tacos are the bomb. The meat is so good and the corn torillas are light. They also have like an all you can eat nacho bar. I was definitely jealous of my family getting the quesodillas.
