I will start with very little flavor on chicken. No ice for soda, No chips. Restaurant is very in unorganized.
I just want to take time out and say how professional the staff at Pollo Regio was on Camp Wisdom. Veronica was so patient and her customer service was absolutely on point. A mistake was corrected without complaint and I wasn’t treated unfairly, we all know how some restaurants can be. Thank you so much keep up the great work, now i know why besides the amazing food just i choose Pollo Regio as my favorite restaurant.

Laura was very delightful & very kind. She recognized me from before & echoed my regular order of the number 8 Chicken Tacos with corn tortillas ( my tortillas a lil extra cooked) that makes me feel good that she cares. Claudia the cook does an amazing job back there in the kitchen. How do I know her name?….. I asked because I wanted to know who makes my lunch & it’s very delicious. I highly recommend this particular location because of the staff & clean dining room! Plenty of joy being spread!!!! ???

This location never disappoints! From their Mexican grilled chicken all the way to the tomatillo green sauce! We purchased a large order at the last minute, and it was delivered at the time promised. They have the best customer service as well. This is definitely one of my number one spots for fast food that provides you with flavor as if it was a home cooked meal. Very fulfilling and you get your money's worth.
