I never leave reviews, but I just have to give props to this location!!I will keep it short and sweet. Usually order from another location, but decided to try the Samuel location tonight. They had great reviews & I see why!! My order was corrrect, fresh and the portions are well worth the money!! The carne asada is PERFECT and the barbacoa lean!! Hooked it up with bigger pico/onion/salsa and fresh flour tortillas!I am so glad I took a chance on this spot because this will be the go-to at least once a week!!After a hard day, Pollo Regio can make it better. I wish I could thank everyone working there tonight, you saved the day. BLESS!
I highly recommend this place, the chicken is delicious and the variety of its different options too, the staff, Isabella and Alba were very friendly. They explain very well the specials and the options of changing sides of the platers. ??
Giving a high rate so everyone can see it!They take forever!!!The chicken is uncooked most of the time!!!&They never give the order right smhJust paid around $29 for some uncooked chicken AND no rice and beans given smh. Noticed it when I arrived home smh I couldn't go back because of the weather. Never going back to Pollo regio in general same issue on most locations.
The drive thru goes quickly here. The food has always been hot and fresh. I like you can pull up and just say you want the chicken meal and everything you need is included. Friendly staff.
We always eat Pollo Regio. Sadly this time it seemed to be let chicken. Didn't add chicken breasts or the salsa... couldnt really enjoy it, But other than that the food was delicious!
Came here today to try and order a half chicken meal. A male employee took my order and told me it would be 14 dollars and some change. We waited in the drive-thru line for about 20 minutes then approached the window. A female employee told me I ordered a number 4 (flautas) which I don’t even like and a whole chicken. I told her three times that she did not take my order (male coworker did) and that is not what I ordered- she then started arguing with me. There were two huge orders in front of me so they were going pretty fast it could have been the persons behind me or someone who left the line due to long wait time. Instead of checking to make sure, she charged my card anyway and argued which me which I asked for a refund and left. Very poor customer service and tried to bully me into paying for a order they messed up. How did a half chicken meal become a whole chicken and flauta meal?- very rude. I’m sure she discovered they were about to give me the next person’s order and felt bad.

They have good food, however it's not the cleanest, sometimes the table still have poured salt on them, or sticky, or rings from other cups. The bar where they have all the salsas are not that clean some ladles you can tell were used for other salsas. But they do have good food and their food very delicious but the place could use some tidying up.
