the service is garbage specially the cashier man..it really took like 30mi just to take someones order and to give you change back?
I used to like coming here but not anymore and the chicken is not the same anymore. It’s always cold and they tell me there machines that cook the chicken is broken. Last time I was there I gave them my plate because it was cold and they put it in the microwave to heat it up super not cool. Sorry but the new Popeyes that open in the back chicken is way better and cheaper. Lol
We wasn't happy with food, the chicken was to greasy and it didn't taste fresh. It was my 1st and last time here.
THE FEMALE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!SHE IS TALKING VERY NEGATIVELY ABOUT CUSTOMERS, WHILE I ALWAYS BE POLITE!! SHE FORGOT THAT MY SERVICES HELP SUPPORT THE ESTABLISHMENT AND HER WAGES!!! PLUS, SHE DOESN'T KNOW THE HARDSHIPS CUSTOMER ARE GOING THROUGH! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!PEOPLE WORK TOO HARD FOR THEIR MONEY TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY!

It took so long to get our food and then they missed a whole meal. And it didn't have no flavor. I will not be going there again.
good customer service .. and the chicken quite hot and taste really good .. the reason I don't give 5 stars is because there are often no fries ... but I really like the place it is colorful and with happy and tropical music
I came over and tried the place because Chipotle couldn't get their act together and take my order. I'll definitely be back.

Outstanding customer service! They gave me a family meal worth almost $50 gratis! And when I told the guy he hadn’t charged for my drink, he said don’t worry about it. I will pay them next time and buy more food.
