Me and my mom were both first timers!! Andrew and Allen were very patient with us and super helpful!! The customer service here is AMAZING, not to mention the excellent food! Will definitely be coming back here when I’m back in Dallas!!

I have ordered from here 4 times this month (via Postmates) I love all the BYO-bowl options and it’s always tasty and fresh. I also really love the Stonefruit drink.

The ingredients were great and fresh, my order was ready on time, but I honestly couldn’t tell you what my sauce tasted like. I asked for the highest flavor level, but really I just tasted the ingredients. All the other Pokè places I’ve been to allow you to select multiple sauces and this place only allows one, which I couldn’t really even taste. I would recommend ordering extra sauce on the side. Also I would like to see more options to add to the kids bowl. I understand that offering less keeps the price down, but I would have paid extra. My daughter loves seaweed salad and she ate most of mine.

Picked up mobile order and it was wrong and missing ingredients especially ingredients that are up charges like avocado. Pokeworks is my go to for poke bowls but will not come back to this location.Update: Following my interaction with the Pokeworks customer service team, I’ve revised my rating. The primary reason for changing from a 1 star to 4 is due to how Pokeworks handled my concerns and previous experience. I was approached two managers during a return visit who spoke with me about my previous experience. Their response to my previous visit concerns were genuine and apologetic. They clearly expressed their desire and expectation to provide the level of service at this location as expected from all Pokeworks locations. I greatly appreciated their customer service, attention, and resolution.

Unfortunately ordered this place to go and was highly disappointed by the quality of fish. Felt sick within an hour of eating the poke bowl and that was followed by 4 days of food poisoning. Not sure what the quality check protocol is but would not recommend.

Love Pokeworks, but not this location. I normally go to another location that offer good food consistently but o didn’t have time so I tried this place which is closer to my home. BIG MISTAKE. the quality is off here and unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy the meal.Try other Dallas locations. It’s really unfortunate too because I was hoping I’d have a nice spot to visit close to home. This location needs to train their staff and ensure the food quality is good. Two stars for the service being fast.

This place is such a disappointment! I ordered thru grubhub and how kid you not it’s 95% RICE and 3% protein and 2% toppings!!!! I would never order to this place again! Save you $$ and go to other poke places instead! Too much rice and less spicy tuna which I ordered 2 proteins (both spicy tuna) and they gave me like 2 tbsp of tuna!!!!!!!

It's my fourth time there. The food is fresh and the staff is great. I can totally see the store manager as an owner one day. In fact I asked her today if she was the owner because of how she takes care of the customers..... She is nothing short of amazing.

Flavor, toppings/sauce options, and price were all great. Only 4 stars because the fish cuts could have been better (some pieces were too fatty or had tendons that were unchewable) and there was too much rice compared to toppings. Also, I advise anyone to eat there instead of pickup because the rice in the bowl is hot and if you get takeout, the heat will semi-cook the fish.

2 scoops of rice and a tiny scoop of meat..... $14 dollars... eeeehhh
