I’ve been wanting to try Pie Tap for the longest and I finally tried it for lunch with 3 of my coworkers.The food was 5 stars, the knots are so amazing and the pizza was absolutely delicious both the pepperoni and Margherita, but the service was such a let down.It looks like they had our waitress doing two jobs at once since she was also working the bar so I understand that, but overall the team lacked communication and initiative. We constantly had to ask for things we shouldn’t have to like our pizza that was ready to get sent to our table, but had no one alert enough to take it to us or when we were waiting forever to have someone take our order.I hope this was just a one off because the food was truly amazing and the decor and vibe of the place is great for a nice date.
I haven't had pizza this good in a loooong time. My only regret was that I couldn't get one of everything! The atmosphere is light and jovial, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the prices are very fair for the extremely high quality cuisine. I had the mushroom pizza and our table had goat cheese fondue and garlic knots as an appetizer. Everything was amazing. I will definitely be back!
A good atmosphere outside with lively music, nice tables, and heaters for when it is cold. Service was good. Server was kind and on top of it as well as the host staff. Food overall was solid. Wasn't anything spectacular but was good and I enjoyed my meal.The reason I gave it a 4 was for two reasons: no fountain drinks; they make you pay for overpriced root beer in a bottle or Mexican coke, among other things. I find it weird and unfortunate they don't have fountain drinks. Second, they charge for a side of ranch. I don't care if you charge for it but tell us you do before you offer it and make it seem as if it's a standard free side for your pizza.If the food was impeccable I would have stuck with a 5 but with the two issues I had it had to be a 4. So, overall a good spot, would go again, but in no rush.
Customer service was awesome!! Very friendly staff - felt very welcome on our first time in! The pizza was really good….that Ricotta Ranch is delicious!

Lovely outdoor dining on a Friday night. Good food and decent service (not attentive with filling waters, etc)- not the best I���ve ever had, but would come back and still recommend.
