Good food, good service, ducked in to wait for my car to get serviced

Pizza smells like a cup of microwaved spit. The employees goofed around while my partner waited 10 minutes for his Uber order. They were very demeaning whenever he was trying to find a way to carry the drinks. I waited in the parking lot, where a manager stared at me through the window, and even went as far as to walk outside and do absolutely nothing, just to stare into our car where I was waiting for my partner. There was so many things wrong with the experience. Absolutely disgusting.

I always and I mean always receive above and beyond customer service. Today, a man named Maurice made my pizza and I asked him to place it in a little further so that my pizza doesn’t burn like it has in the past. At 1st he refused and then questioned how often I come to pie five- I’m a pretty regular customer. Then he rudely told me to wait at the register for my pizza. He finally came to ring me up and I showed him the code on my phone for the personal pizza. He told me I needed to open my app and not show him a code. He was extremely disrespectful. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day but this type of unprofessionalism should not be tolerated. This is not a “the customer is always right” situation. He needs to learn respect, let fix the customer’s pizza with a smile rather than an attitude. He was also training someone new on the line and I hope he doesn’t run his negative behavior on the other staff. If he doesn’t like his job, he should find something more fitting for that nasty attitude of his. SMH!

The manager of the Greenville location is extremely rude and unpleasant. He speaks negatively to his employees and is verbally aggressive with customers.Had my 3rd and final experience with this location tonight and hope I don’t end up with food poisoning. Ordered a Panzano (supposed to be crispy) crust pizza that was visibly falling apart once the associate pulled it from the oven. I asked if they thought it was fully cooked and if it needed to go back through the oven…from the opposite side of the counter the manager yells “it’s done!”, with absolutely no view of the pizza. They boxed it up and put it in the to-go bag.Opened up the pizza a little later to grab my first slice…all the toppings slid right off as the dough was like a limp noodle. Ate a couple of bites before I noticed the dough under the sauce was still moist and completely raw.Not one to write reviews…ever…but this needs to be shared in hopes that a change will be made in management of the Greenville location. I feel sorry for the employees that have to put up with the extreme negativity of their boss on a daily basis. I witnessed multiple customers also either visibly or vocally upset with their experience with this dude.

Thursday March 17, 2022. I'm not sure what's going on at this location, but they are absolutely slammed with orders. They have 5 people working and about 15+ orders they're shooting out. I sat in my car for well over an hour (8pm-9:36pm) I've seen people going off on them and shoving phones in their faces constantly but they're just working. I had no clue what was going on at this store today, but it was absolutely terrible. I am giving a 3 star because I've never had such an experience here. Around 9:25ish, I went back into the store and asked the status of my order because that hour and a half wait time was ludicrous for a personal sized pizza. They told me it was done - Great! Only it was wrong and here I am having to wait another few minutes for it to be redone. The manager was overwhelmed, and it showed. It was absolutely nuts. I hope they get some help soon because nobody should work in such a high stress situation

Pretty yummy! It’s like a subway but for pizzas. I got the classic margarita and it was yummy! Not too bad on pricing either.

Pizza is great though cost could be a little lower. Great and fast service though my only complaint is that the gluten free crust is only offered in a personal size.

Food average, customer service 1 star. There are two teenage employees who seem to have just been hired today because they don't know how to do anything and don't care about their job. The two adults are running the place and they don't have any respect for their customers.Couldn't place an order in the app due to an error message. The lady yelled at me and said "WHY DON'T YOU JUST ORDER HERE, SINCE YOU'RE HERE!" I calmly replied, That's fine, I'll just order here. She didn't add the toppings I asked for, then when I asked for them again, a guy showed up and said " that's 75 cents each then. I just finished paying so I said forget it.

There are truthfully no words to explain the infuriating experience that I had at this location. In the past, I have not had the best experiences as everyone always seems to hate their jobs as they’re assisting customers, but one certain employee makes sure to make you aware that she would much rather be home, than serving you pizza. Trust me, a lot of us would much rather be doing other things than working. When I went to the location on Dec. 18, I was picking up my order which was ready for pick up at 8:04 pm. I called and the only blonde Caucasian woman working at that time answered the phone with them most attitude, and very obviously did not want to bring out my curbside order. And actually, she did just that. She told me that she would be out with my order, but after 30 minutes passed, and watching her go in and out of the back door, laughing with other employees, very much noticing that I was waiting with my hazards on outside as I told her I’d be, she continued to ignore it. The store was empty. I watched customers go in and out with their order. I finally called 30 minutes later, and was told by the taller guy working there that on the receipt, it should’ve said that it was curbside, but this was not the problem…the problem was that I was told 30 minutes prior that my food would be out to me and he responded with “Well obviously, that was not communicated to me.”Finally, he came out and handed me my pizza, gave a slight “sorry” and walked away.To say that this was a horrible experience would be a complete understatement. I have given this place enough chances and this experience made sure to push me over. I will no longer be visiting this location. Please work on your employees as they lack knowledge in customer service.
