Gave this place 2 stars based on customer service and cleanliness. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a horrible smell, which I believe to be a dirty mop. It was not good. The counters did look dirty. If the front of the house is dirty, what does the kitchen look like? Person at the front was very aloof. Could care less that we picked this place over any other place in the area. I did leave regretting my decision. The food was good, I just didn't find it to be so good that I would send friends there. When our food was served, I asked for more jalapeno and lime. To which the guy told me he wanted to charge me for that. For limes and a jalapeno?! It was like $1.30. okay... How bad is this place doing that he felt the need to charge me for a lime and a jalapeno. He literally made me get up out of my seat and escorted me to the cash register to squeeze a buck out of me. In all my life this is a first and frankly, I found it petty. We spent $90 including his tip. Any future business he would get from me or friends really comes down to $1.30. hope it was worth it. I'll never go back.
I’m really confused by the 4/5 stars. This is the worst pho I’ve ever had, & I eat it a lot. I smelled the broth & immediately was taken back to my elementary school days eating cup of noodles. SO incredibly salty & tasted like they dumped ramen noodle packets in the broth. No flavor (except salt). The tofu was extra fried & almost crispy, with no tofu left in it.My partner had the orange chicken w/ fried rice. He said it had no flavor & tasted like simple & bland grilled chicken, with the charred flavor. He said the rice was not great, & the egg was separated from the rice (with no veggies included).
It's terrible the spring roll was horribly rolled with hard parts and stuffed with a bunch of lettuce. The combination pho is not really a combination. A combination is different types a beef not just beef prepared differently the broth doesn't taste like pho its basic. No wonder why that place is empty. The fried rice is mediocre never eating here again.
This place is doing a poor job. Given it a couple of chances now and I always order ahead or to go and it’s always 20 minutes after the advertised pick up time. The food was mediocre at best the times before and this time 25 minutes after my advertised pick up they informed me they were out of teriyaki sauce and haven’t even started cooking my food. I had to leave for a meeting as I had been waiting there too long and have a job I had to get back to (hungry at that). The worst part about it is that there was literally one customer in the restaurant. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place doesn’t stay open much longer.
This place was amazing. The food was so good and the cashier was really nice. I will be coming back
Untidy...tables were dirty..orange chicken tastes just like Panda Express so unable to understand cost of meal for 2 was $ 50.00... nothing to go back for except my money!!! Plate had orange chicken and fried rice...thats all..one ice water and one ice tea...?????
Soo, I eat pho a lot. We make it at home and I always like to try it everywhere to appreciate the differences in the herbs and spices. Now I gotta say, this is the worst pho I have ever ate coming from the asian community. For around $16, it's a disgrace in quality. The broth was quite bland but the Hoisin sauce on the table is what makes up for the lack of it. I also still remember the super pungent smell of like sewage, as one could describe it while first walking into the restaurant. I didn't even go on a busy time, it was around 11 on an early weekday so can't imagine they were having some issues with large capacities of people going in as one of the variables in the matter. This isn't the worst part. The number one reason I gave this a 1 star is because of the mere fact that the meat was going rancid and specifically the rare beef. I had ordered the brisket and rare beef and I am not a picky eater as I typically eat everything but this was one of the first times that I could not finish the bowl because of the thought of the nauseating meat. The brisket was also the most interesting experience I've ever had from any noodle place. It was like I could chew on it forever and was very tough. It gave a really off texture and taste that you wouldn't typically expect from a brisket, so much that it left me gagging that as well. I'm pleasantly surprised that I didn't get sick after eating from here. A tip for the owners. Definitely needs a food safety protocol and you should probably work on your soup some more. I can't judge the other dishes since that was my first time going there and last.
Food is decent. Pho used to be great. (Not sure if they switched recipes when they did the renovations. The broth is not the same recipe as 1-2 years ago)Customer service is below average (one “veteran” cashier in particular ?!)
This pho changed my phoking life! I get the veggie pho with vegetarian broth (because I’m vegetarian) and it’s so good! It’s a big bowl and I usually have enough to take home and eat the next day! The Green tea milk tea with boba is also my fave from this place
It’s good. It’s close. Sometimes they close early.
