I love this place! I just had a fajita salad, so I can't really speak about other things on the menu. Delicious! And the skinny margarita was awesome. But the best thing about Pepe's is the people. It's a family place, so they make you feel like family. Fast and courteous service, pleasant conversation, good music. Oh, and reasonable prices too.

Became my favorite texmex restaurant in Dallas!!! (Well Dallas is also the best place to get texmex so i guess i am saying this place is the best texmex place in my life!) their complimentary chip and salsa is super good that I even forgot to take a picture, super crunchy and salsa is soft and delicious. Their award winning taco (can’t remember the exact name) is to-die-for. Taco can’t be better than this. Shrimp enchiladas was also amazing, their cheesy sour cream was really good with it. Combo #5 was just like, you get the best of everything. Loved it so much. Their mexican rice is super good too!! We had little bit of left over so brought back home, hit up with microwave and had it next day, gosh even the day after, it was super good! Never seen a texmex food that is still super good after reheated next day. Overall, amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

The best street tacos I have ever eaten!

Great mole and grilled shrimp with wine sauce.

Based on the reviews, we thought it’d be a good place to eat. We are not from here and we miss our culture food, being that we are away from home weeks at a time and don’t get much choices from gas stations. This was not authentic Mexican food at all. We were treated well but unfortunately the food was not good quality. It didn’t look fresh and the taste was just not authentic one bit.

Pepe & Mito is easily one of the best Tex Mex places I've ever had. I ordered some straight up Tmex my first time and loved it. The Fajitas and Queso were amazing.

Very original, homemade recipes in the creative Mex-Tex genre. The wait staff is pleasingly proud of the offerings and can explain precisely why. Homemade flour tortillas and sopapillas, and a unique flan developed by "Dad." I had the Beef Guisa: charbroiled beef tips in a tart, sofrido-like tomato, onion and pepper sauce, accompanied by refried beans and Mexican rice. Acceptably salty. Since it was a (birthday?) meal for one, I treated myself to a guacamole salad side, trading bite-for-bite with the complimentary house salsa and fresh, crispy tortilla chips. I didn't see many customers with masks though most everyone gravitated to the wrought-iron enclosed, fresh-air patio. The interior tables are spread well apart; the restaurant itself is immaculate; and the servers, by and large, including Guadalupe, wear face masks. (?). I topped off my celebración de compleaños with a frozen, salt-rimmed margarita. I left, buzzed and happy. Many thanks to Guadalupe for the experience. "Hasta la Vista." (Good-bye, see you later.) For definitely sure. Time now for an authentic, Dallas-style siesta.

Love this place.... the ambience, the wall art, decor and more. The chips and sala were fresh and flavorful as was the meal. Def recommend. Very good service and friendly staff.

Tacos Norteños are where it’s at, and you can literally drink the salsa it’s so good. *chef’s kiss*
