Went to the restaurant at 8:20pm received food at 8:30pm. Quick service, but was told, "we close at 9:00pm, you can't eat here." It is only 8:30pm, you close at 9:00pm? I get that the workers want to go home, but you are open until 9pm not 8:30pm. Poor customer service. Now, we have to eat in car or drive home 25 minutes and reheat the food. Smh..
I went to Pei Wei 6/6/2022 around 3/330 I got a salad and a kids meal. I found a hair in my salad and told an employee and the employee told me it wasn’t hair , it was shredded chicken as if there is not a discernible difference between the two. Then, in Spanish, said I was trying to get my food free. No one replaced my food, or offered anything. He actually broke the piece of hair up and said, “ do you see how it breaks, it’s not hair, it’s chicken.” I am disgusted, offended, and disappointed. I threw my salad away and left. I paid for food I couldn’t eat and didn’t get my moment back!
I don't like it. The food is nasty and it tastes worse than school cafeteria food. It's just like Panda Express, only greasier and soggier. I don't even like the sauce or the veggies they put in the prawns with fried rice. I paid 18 dollars for the meal, so I expect better. Now this is exactly what I expect school cafeteria food to be like in China.Perhaps some Baja California style shrimp tacos from across the street would do better...while being 20 percent less expensive.

I don’t know what happened to Pei Wei, but whether it’s just this location or nationwide, the food here is sub par. Portions seem smaller than ever before, quality and flavor have both disappeared, even visually the food looks unappealing when they give it to you.I used to think of Pei Wei as a step up from the fast food dining experience. But honestly it’s just a step towards the trash can now.
I had the Mongolian steak which came with Brown rice the portion size is good to fill one up. My friend had Dan Dan noodles with chicken and and it was enjoyable enough for 2 meals.
That was the most expensive meal my dogs have ever eaten!!!First off, their website falsely advertises 5 dumplings in their "bowl" of wanton soup - you get home and discover that you only get two dumplings, whether you order a cup or bowl. The broth tastes like the containers it was shipped in. The fried crab wantons were nasty. The egg rolls were waaaay over-cooked; burnt. My first and LAST time to blow $35 in that place ever again!!They won't be in Casa Linda for long.Too bad.
I really don't like to post negative comments about restaurants with the challenges faced by employees, but dayamm! WonTon soup not even close. Had to ask 3 times to get the fried WonTon I'd ordered. Requested lemon for my iced tea and waitress brought lime slices. They could barely break a $10 bill, so I could tip the waitress. By the way, if you use poor service to justify not leaving a good tip, stay home, cheapskate!
I used to love this place. Just picked up foods, ordered 4 dishes with choice of salad in 2 bags. They forgot 1 dish and spring roll. Wilted salad, not edible. They should have trashed these salads 3 days ago. Picture looks better than real. Very disappointed.
I would say the overall quality is below average!!! The food was good though fresh and hotBut portions not up to par, street wok or panda Express literally give you your bang for your buck!
