Never again !! Idk if Pei Wei chain is under a new ownership or what, and I don’t have anything against Panda Express, but last night, we felt like were dining at Panda Express. Pei Wei now serves every meal in disponible plates, much smaller by the way, and super greasy. The flavor is not genuine any more. Have you eaten asian microwave meals? Yup! That how it tastes now. Oh and if you feel like drinking a beer or a glass of wine with your meal? Forget about it! Pei Wei at this location DOES NOT sell alcoholic drinks any more. Sorry but not sorry! We won’t eat here any more.
Not the terriyaki chicken of yesterday. I think they screwed up my order. Sauce was teriyaki, chicken tasted like orange chicken. Only found problem when i got home after 20 minute drive
Great food for family and friends or alone
This location is the most inconsistent restaurant I have ever been to.Food: The food preparation is so wildly inconsistent that it scares me off from going here too often. Sometimes the meat is so under-cooked I literally have to spit it out and only eat the rice and vegetables. Sometimes it is perfect and I lick the plate. This should not be a problem. I shouldn't have to worry if the food I am picking up will be one where I am actually able to eat the whole plate or one where I throw away most of the food. This needs to be addressed. This location needs to take more pride in the food they are serving.Other (non-food related): While I'm not sure how much of this is controlled by this specific restaurant, the online ordering system is just as wildly inconsistent as the food preparation. Some days the website will not allow you to order from specifically this location. When you go in, you can order, but no online ordering. This needs to be fixed because it always seems to happen on the days with "web only" promos. The reason why I am leaving this in the review for this location is because this problem doesn't happen with other Pei Wei locations in my experience. Either the manager needs to address this or bring it up with a corporate higher up that can. Also make gift cards be able to be used online. It has been 2 YEARS and you still can't use gift cards. Why?I'm not asking for perfection, but a little consistency would be nice. Pei Wei is one of my favorite restaurants, but it is hard to keep making the decision to come back when I am getting burned so often, by particularly this location.
56$ for soggy food. I’ve had other locations and it was amazing which is the only reason why I would ever come back. But this location was just disgusting, my rice was drenched with watery sauce. I most definitely do not recommend wasting your money here. Other than that, the cashier is really nice.
Love this place! Elizabeth is the GM and she is fantastic, really cares about the business and customers. Super fast service and great food as always with Pei Wei. You can also get ANY meal as steamed instead of fried which is awesome for health conscious people

Hadn't been in a while. This used to be my go-to for unique teas. Sadly, I found out after ordering teas, they only carry a generic Gold Peak (which I had to ask for twice to be put out since it was not initially) and some Orange Citrus I did not care for.
I haven’t eaten Pei Wei since 2008 and it wasn’t because of anything wrong; It was no longer a convenience. I’m now back within a 13 min drive and was thrilled to visit. I can’t believe how horrible the food I ordered has become. Unfortunately my visit back is affected by my situation today..
