A staple here in Uptown. Parigi is always great dining for over 30 years. Always a wonderful experience.
Always love the boutique dining experience there!
Not treated well. Made reservations ahead. Seated way at the back and no tables were occupied at the front during our stay there. Are we too Hispanic for your taste? NOT GOID
The few times I've eaten at Parigi the food has always been excellent, great service, and good ambiance. I'm updating my review though to specifically call out their take away program. They are one restaurant that has continued to allow you to order ahead and get their full menu to go. It was an absolutely frictionless process. Called, ordered, arrived, food was ready and exactly as ordered. A fantastic option for a fine dining experience at home!
Last night was my first visit to Parigi. I thought the ambiance and wait staff were excellent, but my meal was a disaster. I ordered their veal entree for about $30. The very thin piece of breaded veal was overcooked and dry, reminding me of shoe leather. I should have sent it back, but the restaurant was crowded and I knew it would take too long to get another meal. Later that evening I had an extremely upset stomach. I don't think I'll return.
Always reliable good and staff. Great place for a business meeting. Not so happy with office increase. Deconstructed Cali rolls was i think like$14 or 16. It now is$26. Omg. Great bread
The patio vibe was very nice. The sidecar was made to perfection. The rotisserie chicken dinner plate (as is) was well proportioned. Our waitress could have been better, as to being warm and welcoming. This was my first time to visiting and she made me feel as if there was a problem with serving me possibly due to race and age. It was very uninviting. Her other coworkers and manager did well being attentive and responsive to our needs which still made a great evening.
Parigi is probably my favorite restaurant in the metroplex. We went for lunch this time and I finally tried some salads. Wow! I absolutely loved both salads that we ordered (arugula and pear salad and the shaved Brussel salad). Both were fantastic! Our server Jennifer was outstanding! The artichokes were delicious as always. We will be back soon.
horrible HORRIBLE SERVICE
Came for Valentine’s Day with my two children. We drove 35 minutes to eat here and try it out. We were sat outside and it was chilly, after 30 minutes of asking for additional heater we got that, thankfully. We weren’t asked about drinks, just given water. We then ordered an appetizer and our food and the appetizer didn’t even come out before the food, still kept polite, these things can happen but with what happened next it just made the entire experience horrible instead of a few bad things. Our food came out. The risotto for me, the knuckle sandwich for my daughter and a cheeseburger for my son. I asked to add truffle oil to my risotto, when I tried it, it had no flavor at all. I could barley taste the truffle and the dish was not good at all. I couldn’t even fake like it to fill my stomach or enjoy this dish. I politely let the waitress know and she suggested another dish that I agreed to. My daughters sandwich came with barley any lobster on it, plus tomato and bacon which isn’t even listen on the menu, the bread was cooked nice but the sandwich was also terrible. I just won’t pay for food I can’t enjoy or my family. She was fine with a burger instead. Next thing I know the manager (I guess he didn’t introduce himself at all) came outside and said, we aren’t bringing anything else out, you can’t just keep sending good back it’s too expensive, I’ll bring the check and walked off. That was it. When he came back out I tried to talk with him and let him know how poor customer service it was to behave in this manner and he said “you’re the only person who’s said that all night” and I told him, it’s how to treat that ONE person, but he didn’t seem to care and continued to just walk off while not communicating or hearing my perspective. At this time it was 915, my kids and I (10&8) left hungry on Valentine’s Day and drove 35 minutes back home. A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND RESTAURANT!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY REASON!
