It took forever to order online. Not all information was available about soft drinks and teas. Received the order from grubhub with no problem. The order was half filled. An entire entree was missing from the order. I called in and was told to call back in 10 minutes. The portions of food were small and not tasty! It was not worth the amount of money I paid! It was expensive! I will not order from Paradise Bakery!
I only eat Here as often as I can!Lol. Came in Yesterday and had the Paradise Club, loved it!! Stopped back by today for some Tea and a Cookie, Great stuff!!!Jenifer was Amazing and Her co-worker Lopez was killing it silently in the background. Thanks Guys you made my Sunday Rock
Used to love this place. We would always stop for lunch to get salad and soup. Recently we started going back and sadly have been very disappointed I feel like either the cooks/food prep either need tk get to know the menu or use the menu when preparing food. Last two times we came here we had to send food back cause it was completely wrong. For example this last time my wife ordered the chicken and artichoke panini. It arrived as toast with a slice of turkey. I ordered the grilled cheese deluxe and was on burnt white bread toast with cheese and bacon (pictured). Previous time I ordered the California turkey and served on cold regular white bread and not sourdough and that’s after sending it back cause it was the wrong sandwich. I understand COVid 19 limitations and understaffing so we waited patiently and disappointed Not sure what has happened but hoping it improves and they get back to speed. Cookies were delicious as always thankfully lol
Our breakfast was cold. I ordered a croissant with egg, ham, and cheese. It wasn’t toasted it was cold. Even the egg was cold. I don’t understand how they get away with doing this?? My husbands food was cold as well. I can’t believe they don’t warm the food. The staff was nice, the place was clean, but the food was frankly terrible. I would never go there again, The coffee was ok.
I came here for my book club meeting and had a great time. We received great service and complimentary cookies togo. The Chicken Artichoke Panini and Broccoli Cheese Soup was my favorite above all, second being the Turkey Bacon Ranch Panini. Also, how can I not mention the cookies!? The chocolate chip cookie was just fantastic! ?
One of my favorite places to go normally. This visit not so good. My favorite cookies were hard as a rock. Such a wasted trip.
I quit coming here 2 months ago due to their lack of helping people in the to go line, even when obvious eye contact and acknowledgement were made. Gave it another chance today, and I was right to stop going. Today I watched an employee get rude and agitated with an elderly woman who was just trying to place and order. In the past they have left my grilled chicken out of my grilled chicken Caesar, given me ranch or no dressing when I asked for balsamic, and as stated let me stand in line until I just walked out with no one else ordering in front or behind me. I work in the immediate area and placed all of these in person, when they actually decide to take my order that is. So the mistakes are comical at best. I would not recommend this place to anyone to be honest.
I normally love this restaurant, but this is now the second time I've ordered the Asian Chicken Salad and received basically only oil as the dressing. They're not stirring before serving and that's disappointing. Especially as I get takeout for my lunch and get back to work to find my salad is lacking.
Snickerdoodles here are my favorite. Their chicken salad is yum...I ask for added cranberries. I also love their oatmeal chicken chip crispers- little two bite cookies.
