Food was fantastic but the waiter was a tad too serious. Didn't smile or make the environment feel very welcoming. ??‍♀️ The shrimp was worth returning for. I'm personally not a fan of the fries.

I love being able to have Pappadeaux when I fly through DFW. I usually try to schedule a longer layover here to make sure I have time to eat here!Gumbo is always fantastic and the chopped salad with blackened salmon was delicious. My server, Alan was great. The perfect balance of helpful and attentive; and letting you enjoy your meal. Superb!

Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen at DFW is a great place to eat. It is tucked away downstairs off the concourse in the A terminal. It is accessed by descending an escalator. As soon as you start descending the craziness and din of the A terminal is left behind. What you will find is Pappadeaux. I used to go there all the time when I was working in Dallas 20 years ago. I ordered the Crawfish Etoufee and it took me right back to eating there all those years ago.The service is really friendly and fast too so even with a short layover it would be easy to come down, get fed and be on your way.

What an awesome restaurant and at an airport too! Man I’m so glad I stopped here for dinner. The trout and crab was amazing. The best trout I have ever had. Taylor did the best job taking care of me. I recommend stopping here for a bite to eat. Very reasonably priced too.

One of the fanciest restaurants I ever ate at in early 2020!Quick service, wonderful food, good vibes and very fancy.I got a $50 voucher at the airport and used it here with no regrets!

The Seafood Gumbo was an excellent mixture of seafood, spice, broth, rice, shrimp and everything else. The Crispy alligator and the sauce that came with was tangy, tasty and filling. The alligator was not overly tough like it often can be in other places. It was tender and delicious.Would have stayed for more, but had to catch a flight. Still, the spot is a hidden favorite and the crew has always been engaging every time I have been there.

Having dinner here while I was waiting for my flight. Everyone was so friendly. The food OUTSTANDING ✨ Make you a favor and go to this restaurant

A focus on seafood and Creole cuisine. Our service here was top-notch and 100%. Drinks got to us fast, waitress was attentive and gave us updates on our orders, and everything we ordered was perfect. For being in an airport, this place is amazing. If you’ve got about and hour and a half between flights, definitely come here.

I'm not able to travel to Texas as much as I like. However whenever I have a layover in Dallas I always I always go to Pappadeaux. This is my favorite go to restaurant but make sure you have at least 1.5 hours to fully enjoy the experience and get to your gate. The servers were quick to seat me so I could order. The one bad thing I found was that you had to leave the restaurant to use the restroom.. However, I was able to order my food in a reasonable amount of time perit's one of time period on today's visit, I ordered a house salad, the is, the alligator bites and the No catfish entree.. The salad came out 1st and it was great. The alligator bites and the catfish came out at the same time period the alligator was a bit chewy but it's sweet but it was still very good. I always enjoy getting the fried catfish fillets because they give you so much in one portion.. I definitely had enough for another lunch and maybe dinner. I was able to ask Is for the extra sauces and was fully served under 15 minutes. My meal was great and I was ready for it to be packed for flour to be packed for flight with plenty of time to get to my gate

The Shrimp and Crab cocktail is the go to while hitting my connections in DFW. Perfect flavor pairing. Love this restaurant and it’s constant menu. Been to many of their locations and all deliver equally. You get close to one, give it a go!
