I tried calling them so I didn’t have to drive up there at 9:30 to see if they had chicken noodle soup, nobody wanted to pick up the phone because it was 30 minutes till closing. I called three times, the last time I called I walked into the building while calling and saw the girl just looking at the phone. Then I said “that’s me calling, I was wondering if you had chicken noodle soup and didn’t want to drive up here if you didn’t”. They didn’t have it.

I’m not one to complain but this was absolutely unacceptable. I was sick, so I came here specifically for chicken noodle soup. I got it and it had 4 noodles total in the whole bowl. Basically, I paid $5 for chicken broth. Then, they were sold out of every single cookie as well as the sauce that comes on the half sandwich. Every single drink they had didn’t taste right. The soda machine must have been off. THEN my boyfriend opens up his mac n cheese grilled cheese and there is a tablespoon of Mac n cheese on bread. Would not go to this location again

Had a great experience at this location. Associate we interacted with was great, and later learned she was manager of this location. Things seemed well organized and clean and we got our orders in good time. Several of us ordering together and everything came out right. Will be back to this location if in the area again.

Stanley is incredible. Today they got sooooo backed up due to a cheerleader competition. He and the women in the kitchen not only hustled but insured the quality wasn't compromised. I'd wait a whole hour and a half for a Panera meal if I had too, so 30 min is nothing when the customer service is that good. Way to go Stanley and team!

Placed an order on lone and customized several items however when I get my food none of the customizations were done but I was definitely charge for all of them. The restaurant does not answer the phone so there is no contacting them to provide information about The incorrect items.

I placed a pickup order on the Panera app then headed over, arriving early to find the place totally packed.Assuming I would be delayed, I sat.Then the app texted me right on time, letting me know my order was ready!The soup was hot, the sandwich loaded with the extra chicken I requested and the pizza was big enough to share.We had us a great lunch, Thank you!

I use this location on occasion, but they frequently leave out important parts of your order. Last time it was putting no chicken on my chicken salad. I’m tired of being disappointed when I open my order. I’m done with Panera, at least at this location.

Hate that I have to give a star, this company is a joke. Placed an order on the Panera app with ample time for delivery, hours before closing. Panera decides to cancel my order without notifying me but still takes my money. The next day customer service is very helpful but instead of giving me back my money they credit my panera account in the app. GREAT, I decide to try again but I'm not allowed to use the $25 credit that I just received back I can only use one credit and I have to spend extra money to actually use it. $22 later, my order shows up 2 hours later with raw slimy bacon and a pizza not warm but completely cold and a hard piece of bread not wrapped just thrown in a paper bag with my salad and utensils. Customer service again was very helpful but they ask me a list of the same questions again they have already requested answers too and advised me it will take 30 days to receive my money back. Wow, worst experience ever! Money that took 30 seconds to take will take me 30 days to receive back.

Every time there’s always something missing in my order. Called and no one is picking up, the flat bread pizza was hard as a rock and the 2 muffins I ordered was missing.
