I love the smokehouse sandwich…It’s truly yummy

This location is horrible with online orders through the Panera App. Several times I have had items missing from my order. Only to be told oh there isn’t anything we can do but give you a credit back to your card, which I have never seen show up or add a treat to your account which hasn’t happened either. Today was the final straw. I basically paid $26 for a sandwich and drink only. Did NOT GET MY CHIPS OR COOKIE?

Drive thru service OMG. I love Panera bread. But this salad could possibly kill someone Spring mix was wilty eggs were cold and old bacon was soggy barely there Tomatoes old avocado old slapped in the container a piece of broke off bread was thrown in a bag no contain no packaging Partially look like somebody bit off of it or tore it off I’m definitely gonna call my bank to get my money back this was ridiculous

Awesome place? courteous staff, easy to use kiosk system. Paid Membership has perks, even the basic membership has perks, was able to redeem a free cookie on first visit via the app. Food to seat takes a little more time than expected about a 15 min turnaround. The wait is worth it, the mac and cheese options are good, the corn chowder is on point. Spicy chicken sandwich is ok, salad is bigger than expected and fully customizable.

I give it 3 stars because my name wasn’t called for a long time and my food was cold when I picked it up. But they are generous with the bread and the tomato soup is delicious. The drinks are super bitter but sweet at the same time, not my cup of tea… and I always have to wipe my own table at this location. It’s not too bad but I do like my soup hot though.

Food was great as always. Surprised to see the lobby as backed up with multiple tables being unkempt though. I do understand that staffing is still an ongoing issue but some things should take precedence and appearance is one, in my honest opinion. No doubt I'll be back though.

I went this morning. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese sandwich. It took almost 10 minutes for my sandwich to be brought to the drive through. When I get to work, I open my sandwich, and it’s on a ciabatta bun. The menu not only show the sandwich on a brioche bun but states on a brioche bun. I’m not a fan of ciabatta bread. I called and the manager on duty immediately got argumentative and told me I didn’t specify my bread. She took my order, and I have to specify the bread and type of eggs I want. She continues to go on. I tell her I don’t want to argue. I just want my money back. If I need to specify the bread then I should be asked which she didn’t. I expect to be served what’s on the menu. She asked for my card information and found time to mention again “Just so you know you need to specify what bread you want.” Instead of trying to correct the situation it just seemed like she needed to be right. Now I’m stuck with a hard tasteless sandwich and a lot of frustration. If someone needs to specify something the person taking the order needs to ask not make a decision themselves then be mad when the customer doesn’t like their choice.

Ordered a coffee and a bagel. The easiest meal I'd think one can make. Grab a bagel, cut, toast & then give me a cup for my coffee.I had it scheduled for 7:20 am because I was tight on time & arrived with order unmade and had to give them pressure to do the bare minimum...I got out of there by 7:30 ?

I used to work at a Panera as a kid and love Panera, but this one has given me issues both times I’ve gone. They’ve been out of stock on ingredients each time on multiple items and the service has been average. Last time they were out of chicken, so I switched the ingredient for my wife from chicken to Turkey and they charged me $2 to switch. When I asked why I was charged since they were out of stock, no one knew how to change it in the system so I wasn’t charged. I asked for a free drink to compensate and they agreed, but I’d rather just have the order properly. This time they just ignored me behind the counter until I ordered at a kiosk. Somehow, the bread is stale, even though they make it fresh every night. Love Panera, but less than pleased with this location

NEVER GOING BACK! Yesterday I went and ordered I. The drive thru! The lady took my order and then as usual, because they can’t keep the business running properly, they tell you to wait 40 minutes in one of the parking spots. I waited long, and after, one employee came with my order and it was totally the wrong order. She brought it back inside and NEVER came back. I was waiting until I got tired, and went inside for a refund. The only thing they say was “I’m sorry this happened “. Well, you better be sorry because I’m going to contact corporate so they close this location. This location is doing a disservice to the well reputation Panera had built.
