Not only did we have to wait 30 minute the mangonadas didn't even taste good. We paid 11 dollars for one scoop and a blender full of ice(i saw them making it). Also you would think after waiting 30 minutes for our stuff they would rush it to us but she still had to take pictures of the drinks.Si compran una mangonada en el jarrito te van a dar Mas hielo que la mangonada. No mas los dieron una cucharada de sorbet de los sabores y puero hielo en una liquadora.
When I say I will not return to this place I will not be returning nor would I advise any of my family and friends to spend their money here… they simply don’t want it, this was my second time coming into this establishment and my experience definitely wasn’t any different from the first… I came into the store ready to purchase ice cream for my family and literally stood at the counter for 10 minutes without a greeting, hello ma’am can you give us a min, not even a we’ll be right with you or anything to acknowledge my presence… they Simply looked at me in my face and kept right on going… a group of young Latino men walk in and immediately they walked up and greeted them and took their order… I had to ask were we not allowed in the establishment since we weren’t prioritized like the other guest… I asked for the manager or owner and was told that they’ll speak with them about what happened… it’s 2022 and way beyond segregation, every customer should have the same experience when visiting your establishment… I do not feel comfortable returning to this establishment…. I matter, I am important, and i work too hard for my money just to be treated like anything other than who I am… HUMAN…

Great snacks, but employees move like sloths. They don't even bother to greet customers when it's empty or have the courtesy to tell incoming customers to hold on as they take care of orders. Might just stick to other peleterías nearby with better customer service.

My friend and I just discovered this place yesterday, we were trying to come here for two weeks straight haha but the food is to enormously gigantic. So for our safety and health we are not gonna do that but. Great spot forsure! Love that costumer service and food is always bomb ? ?!
