Good selection of flavors, friendly staff. If you don’t show up 10 minutes until closing you probably won’t get denied. Employees want to go home. Quit thinking you’re entitled.

Employees are rude,,,liar,,and like zombi,,,you are not welcomed here,,,they hate customers,,,even you feel the hate when you see their faces and behaviour..very bad cominication...if there was 0 star,,thats what they deserve

I was charged more than the prices on the menu. They didn't even tell me the total when I was paying or that the prices had changed. When I asked the staff about it they said the prices changed to be more expensive and the menu prices were wrong. They said the manager was aware & there was nothing they could do for me. They were very rude about it. I should've been told ahead of time & it would have been fine. Why would you not change the menu that everyone is looking at to be the correct prices? Makes no sense. The lease they could do is tell customers ahead of time.
Tried getting something here but they refused to take our order even though it was 6:45pm and they close at 7:00pm.
love their Nutella smoothie and gelato. Price is a bit high for the things you get, but cold dessert at a mall is way to go.
