If you’re looking for a dive bar in downtown proper, this is your place! Great happy hour specials and they have a smoking area that’s air conditioned (but with open windows as well). They have dj’s, multiple TV’s if you’re into sports, and a pool table. It’s not the easiest to find as it’s not on street level, but it always has chain ropes in front of it and is directly above The Mitchell, a great craft cocktail lounge.
Great bar, casual dress code, reasonably priced drinks. Great DJ… it’s a hidden gem in the middle of Downtown Dallas.
Doorman kicked a friend out very unnecessarilyand seemed eager to do so. Everyone else was nice, but ruined the gathering of friends. I don’t recommend to this bar to socialize. Bartender was attentive and customer oriented but door attendant was off putting.
This is not one eye penguin. And the dj is nothing but house music. Overall good and safe place.
Had a blast on a Wednesday night! The DJ was awesome! He mixed rock with rap and EDM and it was the mix I didn't know I needed! The drinks were reasonably priced, my boyfriend and I played pool with another awesome couple, and it wasn't crowded at all. The restroom was also clean and stocked, and there was hand sanitizer available at each table along with a QR code menu. The bartenders we're awesome. Overall, a dope spot for a weekday out! Happy hour is from 5pm till close! Also, there is a long horn with bras hanging from its horns lmaoooo loooooved the decor!
This place serves a great stiff drink and is relaxing. Give it a four because the team has a low Dalitude factor and are welcoming and there’s an overall great vibe but some of the patrons are bougie/scrappy and think they are God’s gift to Texas. (Nothing could be farther from the truth).
I enjoy this spot! Very clean,nice people great music great sight!!! I go every chance I get.Great for a date and a game of pool.
This place was fantastic! Great service, perfect vibes, affordable strong drinks, and the DJ killed it with some EDM! We’ll definitely be back!
Cool dive bar in the middle of downtown Dallas. Low key, with friendly patrons. I always stop here when I’m in town.
Well,this place was a last minute go to for bar options. The bartender poured heavy drinks for cheaper than what was in Deep Ellum. The DJ actually knew how to mix and make seamless transitions. Great atmosphere and vibes. The stairs are worth it! 5/5. Will return and recommend!
