Food was good. 2 weeks ago I had gotten a steak with pasta and it was Well Done when I ordered it Medium Rare. They quickly fixed the problem. Customer service wasn't really that good but it was kind of busy so I guess it's reasonable. They just forgot ketchup for my little brother's meal. They gave drink refills as well when it was needed. I got the same order some other weeks ago and a waiter was really friendly and recommended us a desert which made my family order it and he always knew what we needed but it was probably because there weren't many people there so I understand if waiters take a while if there are more people that need to be attended. Over it's great, highly recommend. They give larger serving sizes than other olive garden's as well which is why I usually go here than the one in mesquite and at the same price.

The waiting time was for about 35’ in rush hours. But it was worth the wait.The restaurant was very clean and it smelled good. It didn’t have the cheesy smell than other locations had when I visited.The food was delicious and the service was great. The waitress (Michelle) was super nice and very professional and experienced.My favorite dish from the menu it’s their salad and bred, but all the pastas were rated 5⭐️ by our family members.

Had great experience today with a sever named Joshue H at table 45.He was the only server I’ve met in last 6months that was actually super nice to someone with a baby. Usually servers just ignore us, but he was so nice and talked to baby, talked to us.Wish we could afford more than a 20% tip. He deserves more :)

The salad was huge, the bread sticks were great, and the pasta was delicious. And are waiter she was awesome so it was great! but there was a little downside, my drink wasn't strong enough it tasted more like an beverage instead of an alcohol beverage!...

The worst experience I’ve ever encountered. DO NOT COME HERE. I called this location to place a to go order, the person who took my order was really patient and nice although I already knew what I wanted. On my way to pick up my order, I hit pretty bad traffic and was about 10-20 minutes late. They had everything ready for me and I made my way home which is only about 25 minutes away. I get home and there is no shrimp in my shrimp scampi?! So I called and asked to speak with a manager who not only was extremely inconsiderate about the situation, but flat out disrespectful. She kept repeating, “There is no way there’s no shrimp, I made it myself.” “So what do you want from us? What do you want me to do?” Are you serious? The least you can do is be professional as you are the “store manager”, but couldn’t expect someone who forgets the shrimp for the shrimp scampi to know how manage a restuarant. The only reason I ordered from Olive Garden was because I wanted to use the gift card I received. I don’t want free food or free money, but why am I going to pay for something I didn’t get? A joke.

Came to lunch with my children. Service was impeccable! Food could of been a little more flavorful. Lidia our server was great tho! She was very attentive to us and very friendly.

My first time at a Olive Garden. It’s my grandmother’s favorite restaurant and I decided to go dine in. I loved it! The staff was so attentive and nice, and considerate. The food was hot and delicious. The salad was awesome. I am a vegetarian and the waitress had no problems making sure I was taken care of. I will definitely go back here again! Awesome!!

I found out that Olive Garden only has one gluten free dish (marinara), apparently I was misinformed in the past. And they charge ten dollars for a mediocre glass of wine. Thank goodness the server was sweet.

Food was good. The server was slow and lacked attention to detail. We rarely saw her when the restaurant wasn't busy at all. I can't say it was due to a shortage of staff because the side of the restaurant we were on only had a few occupied tables and we saw 3 servers. Perhaps she was a new employee in training. Still and overall good experience, she just needed to be a little more attentive between visits to our table.

For some odd reason the Coke tasted off on two fill of the glass the middle one was fine. When she got me the 3rd refill just tasted weird. Otherwize the food was great and so was the service.
