The Olive Garden is a great place to have an Italian dinner for two, with a bottle of wine for under $60. The service and food are good, nothing spectacular. Since I was a child I have enjoyed the ambiance and I love the bread and salad that comes with my meal. So delicious. It was my family first time at this location and Jennifer was our waitress today. She was outstanding always checking on us. I would definitely come back again.
Where do I even begin with my awful experience at this restaurant. My party of 4 was told it was going to be a 20 minute wait. Ended up being 40 or 45 minutes. We were patient and still hopeful of a nice evening out. Our waiter seemed new, so we tried to be patient with him. 1 of the meals was made without any chicken. We tried to point it out to him, but he insisted that there was a dish made that way. He offered to add a side order of chicken. He really expected us to pay for another order of chicken when we didn't even receive it in the first place. We had to pull up the menu and show him that chicken was supposed to be included. We should of just request to speak to a manager at this point. On top of having to dispute the order with our waiter, he refused to serve me an alcoholic beverage after only ordering 1. He responded that we're not allowed to serve customers alcohol when they seem drunk. How on earth could he be drunk when I had 1 drink! It also took forever to even get a glass of non alcoholic tea. We had to remind him 3 times. I was extremely disappointed since it was my first time even trying this food chain to celebrate a birthday. I believe my friend spoke with the manager on the way out. I don't know if they can compensate for the rudeness toward the individual we were there to celebrate for. I myself don't plan on returning. I returned my plate full of food, paid the $100 tab and left out the door!

The food here is really good. The service is great. The location is always clean. I usually go in the morning as soon as they are open so I never have a long wait. This location has a hometown feel to it. A place where you can enjoy your meal and have fun with family and friends.

Ordered for my office. Was supposed to be ready by 12. I sat in the parking lot while I watched several other vehicles come and go with orders and 18 mins pass before I get my orders. Staff was friendly and helpful. Need to do better on time management. This cuts into my employees lunch time when orders are that late.
Eggplant Parmesan was way off compared to what I have had at other olive gardens especially in the Midwest. I ordered a virgin mojito and that could have been significantly better. However the spinach artichoke dip is an excellent option at Olive Garden for Lacto vegetarians. What would be great is if Olive Garden could have desserts for Lacto vegetarians making it a complete fine dining experience and hence the 4 stars. Ricardo the server was excellent here at this branch.
Disappointed I ordered 5 meals and 3 were one type and 2 another type trying to keep it simple my boys ordered the chicken Alfredo the chicken was minimal and lacked flavor they wanted the chicken fritta the one they received was definitely not that when I called to complain about the salads that's the only information I gave and the manager stated she would credit me that cost however the meals were not to our satisfaction. Tje other dish we ordered was the tour of Italy and the plating took away from the fettuccine Alfredo the marinara from other menu items took over. On the phine i asked what suggestions could be done in the future she said mention to have Alfredo on side. Definitely not worth the cost and I don't live near this location I was just in the vicinity
