Great location within a busy plaza! There’s sufficient parking. I was greeted by two very sweet young ladies and they were eager to help. I read another review that implied the workers here treat POC differently, and I strongly disagree. I am a minority woman and these girls were both blonde & white, and they nothing but polite and helpful. I’ve been here quite a few times over the years and have never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work! ❤️❤️❤️
They blonde front desk girl is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I had talked with Cristina the manager and she ended up giving me bunditi box. The day I pick up the box that same blonde girl makes it impossible for me to get it. She clicked on me over the phone and I know she knows who I was bc the moment I told her over the phone about it she clicked and started talking very rude. I talked to her a second time letting her about the email and that all I had to do was give her my number. She proceeded to say ‘well you go talk to Cristina.’ And if you notice all the rude comments are towards ppl of color. No whites. Totally discriminatory. Kind of scared of how they made my cake after knowing it was me.

Ordered a cake for my sister’s birthday and they delivered it way before the promised time. I was very impressed and the cake turned out beautiful! Thanks for the great customer service and exceptional presentation!
Terrible customer service! I came into this store with my mom and son to pick a few items. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. To top it off, the cake was pretty dry and barely had any frosting. I definitely will not be returning here and will ensure that no one I know ever comes here.

I love nothing bundt cakes i swear by them and when in dobut i will buy one. The cashier was super loving and kind i cant remember her name but she was there at noon today. I would like to advise her when in dobut use they them pronouns, i am female and i was called a sir and i dont like the akward confrontation of correcting someone. Anyways, my grandmother loved her 81st birthday cake.
