Got my order wrong. Ordered a key lime and strawberry in each bag. Didn't open the my bag until late and there was 2 strawberries in it.
As much as I love nothing Bundt cake this location sucks. Today is my birthday and I received my birthday coupon for a free bundlet …the coupon says it expires 5/29 which is silly because helllloooo today is my birthday 5/31. To deny my me my free cake is Absurd
Even though I got here after regular hours, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Finding parking was a struggle though.
Top tier!I decided to order the MVP - Soccer, Red Velvet cake with extra icing and additional decorations for my significant other’s birthday. In his own words “it was perfect”!!! - I want to take a moment to say; this location, from the store front, the accessible parking spot for quick pick up, the customer service, the quality of the cake itself was just immaculate!!! I truly appreciated that one of the young ladies actually called me before my pick up time to let me know that my cake was ready, just in case if I wanted to pick up my cake a little sooner! I am impressed!!! I will be ordering all cakes from this specific location year round! Thank you all!!! You must try!Edit: they offered those sparkler candles at their bakery as well. I also want to commend the baker for making this cake so beautiful! This cake was requested very specifically and everything was just perfect ?❤️❤️??
Free birthday cake! I loved the great surprise when I went in on my birthday. The cashier was friendly and recommended the best flavors. The store was neat and organized.
Terrible customer service! I come to this location frequently and never had an issue before my last visit was. There was a girl at the counter who clearly didn’t treat Black customers with the same courtesy as the LatinX and White customers that were all in the store at the same time. I don’t care to go into details but the discrimination that I encountered was so blatant that it has disturbed me for weeks and warrant a public review. Unfair treatment of any kind to any person is simply unacceptable and I will never return here again. I much rather take my money and business where I am valued and treated with courtesy.
The individual is moist and fresh. The red velvet is the best. I’m going to get fat buying the cakes.
Oh I love their bundt cakes so much! I tried red velvet, chocolate with chocolate chips, lemon, and raspberry ones.. and chocolate with chocolate chips is the best in my opinion. Wish red velvet was more dense and stronger.. it was a bit mild to me. (Normal red velvet would have been my favorite) also, cake version is a bit pricy tho. But I like to buy multiple mini ones so it worked for me well. anyway, would definitely come back to get other cakes!

Staff is always friendly and they do a great job of helping out! Bundt cakes are delicious!
