Had the worst experience here last couple of times. Management makes up rules as they go depending on their mood. The food is not consistent anymore. Go to the Preston location about 10 minutes away.
I really wish I could give zero stars. I just spoke to a lady when I called and she was so incredibly rude. I was really craving the sriracha chicken fried rice and the Frisco location is pretty good. I take <2 mins to give my order and she hung up on me twice, shamelessly. I called back and she started on my order for the millionth time. I took all of 40 seconds to decide if I was ok with paying over the call and take out my card and as I'm about to give her the information, she suddenly says "I don't have time to wait, I have other customers". It had been less than a minute. LESS THAN A MINUTE. Obviously, I cancelled my order because I definitely don't appreciate that. Clearly, to-go customers are not important for Noodle Wave and clearly, she was not concerned about the quality of her service. If anyone from the Noodle Wave Dallas is reading this, please ensure that this lady takes responsibility. You're losing customers, she's literally turning away people that are ready to pay.

Ordered from this location because they were open on Monday. This location is not as good as any other location. Pad Kee Mow had less flavor, less chicken, and less vegetables. This location is also carry out only. At all other locations, this dish was very flavorful and had generous amounts of minced chicken and vegetables.
Best Thai food I will ever have in my life. Costumer service is absolutely amazing they treat you like family. We ordered 4 plates it took 15 MINUTES that is nothing compared to Texas Roadhouse and honestly it's better.
I placed an order for pickup for 1 lunch Pinapple Curry Chicken. It was ready in under 10 minutes! Everyone was extreemly friendly and helpful. The lunch portion was honestly surprisingly big to me. It was a little light in the pineapple flavoring in my opinion when all eaten together, but the pineapple chuncks soaked it the curry sauce, were delicious!! The curry was the perfect almost medium heat that still let you taste all the other spices! 10/10 will be going back!
Been going there for few months and food and service pretty good. Last few times on take out orders they hardly put any chicken in tok yum soup and Penang curry. Don’t know if cooks changed but not impressed anymore.
