Reservation was at 8:00pm, we arrived at 7:57pm and had to wait until 8:33 for a booth which was requested with the reservation weeks ago. Food was great, service was spectacular. Very loud in the eating area and bar music was a little loud as well. However I would go back in a heartbeat. Fantastic ambiance, gives off the vibe of a New York steakhouse with a whoâs who crowd. Just need to work on logistics a bit more. Enjoyed our experience nonetheless, wifeâs birthday was a success.

Place is going down hill and itâs ashame, visiting since 2001 and the experience on 8/6/22 was appalling. I do want to start off by saying the food was absolutely superb and our waiter Micha was a delight. Reservations were made three months in advance for a 7:30pm reservation. We got to Nick and Samâs at 20 after seven, we were offered complimentary champagne. At five till eight we inquired about our table they assured us it would be ready shortly. Quarter after eight I was around and we have to ask again. We were sat in the back dining room where they crammed 17-20 tables in what is a already small room. The pathways in between each of the tables would barely fit one person and when sitting down at the tables youâre so close to your neighbor you might as well been sitting with them. 12-15 min for water and our bar drinks to get to us and it took us 25 minutes to get warm bread to our table. The back dining room was so loud you could barely hear yourself think during dinner and you had to raise your voice just speak with the people at your table. The dining room manager approached us during our meal and asked if there was anything else he could do to make our evening more special. Dress code states business casual on the website, itâs not being enforced I donât know how some of the people got away with what they were wearing. Workout shorts, tank top and tennis shoes. There were at least 20 people not following dress code. The overall experience is not what it used to be, they are focused on how many people/tables they can fill the restaurant with meanwhile patrons are suffering along with the staff as they really have trouble maneuvering the tight spaces. This might be our last time eating Nick and Samâs. Thank you, Kyle

Food was great. They explain everything on the menu to you and there are a ton of options for sharing as well as getting your own stuff.
Wonderful food, great place, amazing dessert. Always great service from the waitresses and waiters. The only complaint we ever have is the overbooking and waiting 30+ minutes even with a reservation. Totally would recommend though!
