Just wanted to hop on here to say that "Cheryl Vaca" who previously left a review should not be taken seriously and depicts signs of serious mental problems. Not only does she leave the same type of review for MULTIPLE ESTABLISHMENTS (i.e. "name calling" "disrespectful" "foul mouth gossip" etc) she has even gone on tangents about how some establishments were "putting her family at risk" by "gossiping" and it is NOT okay, how does an H&M put your family at risk?? She shows serious signs of weird and frankly RACIST behavior, and her review should not be taken seriously. I'm sickened by her and her attitude. All my experiences at this nestle have been amazing, as I was once a teenager, i know that working a job at the mall is hard yet the kids who basically run the store on their own are amazing, attentive, and willing to serve.
Same experience today as usual from Nestle/Häagen-Dazs (not the standalone middle of the mall). I walked by and there was more foul mouth offensivesness from Nestlé front lines on the register to customers with serial derogatory labels, gossip spreading, and the signature of their brand as company employees: absolute rudeness and lack of professionalism as employees. I will never by from this location. This has gone on for years. Mostly from those who claim they are victims of discrimination yet the very ones shelling out EEOC bombs.
They are on the ball. Warm cookies... Yum.
I ordered a cookie cake online. It gave a time for pickup. I showed up and it’s not busy yet my order has not even been started. I had to ask one employee to wash their hands. It’s almost like they were playing around. I sit there 15 minutes and they proceeded to give my order with items missing. Took the cake home and all the children hated it. They said the icing tasted like chalk and the cookie was undercooked.
Worst experience ever.Cashier was very rude and she was on her phonewhile taking order and while making a drink.
Excellent service. Both employees working hard and efficiently. Never disappointed.

They're always loaded with toppings and so good. The employees here are so nice and they know my order already by the time they see me. Love love love!!!

I was standing in line waiting to get called when someone else just waltzed up to the cash register the second the last customer was done being helped and the employee just started helping them. Definitely not spending a penny here
