Such kind and knowledgable staff! It was great to try a few samples right then and there, as well as compare some blends to my usual order.
Came here on Sunday at 11:30 am and the were not opened yet. Even though it says they open at 11 am on google. When came back at noon huge line was created as all thought it will be opened by 11. Didn’t want to waste my time and just ordered coffee on Amazon. If you change your hours you should update them online and not make people wait for hours to buy coffee

This is crazy! This store is the ONLY one in DFW and mall opens at 10am BUT Nespresso opens @12. So inconvenientThey really don’t take care of customer
No one has the time to go all the way to this boutique to get the pods. Yall need to get real and start selling at local stores like Walmart and target. The markup you charge for them would def enable you guys to do that. I'm thinking about selling my machine because of the fact that no one carries them. I shouldn't have to only order online or drive the the f* mall 30 mins for coffee pods smh kinda ridiculous. Its coffee. Easier to just do it the old fashion way where you can pick up good coffee from local stores. Also, the service there is dumb, long lineups you know people have better things to do then drive to the mall and then wait in line for another 15mins. Its just COFFEE jesus.
Great boutique to purchase your Nespresso pods, with great customer service. Do note that this location is always extremely busy, so do not expect to be in and out quickly.
This location is great! Felix was both personable and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job taking care of us and we had a great conversation in the meantime. I loaded up on pods so I probably won’t have to visit for another 6 months but I hope to see him when I return!
My second visit to this store was great, better then my first visit. Felix was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He made our visit a great experience. Suggested some of his fav pods and I must say they are great. He took great care of us. Will def visit this store, as long as he is there!!!
Amazing experience over at nespresso in northpark mallLong wait on line but as soon as we got to the register the person who took care of us was very helpful ended walking out with 130 dollars worth of stuff and now stocked on different types of coffee blends that I will enjoy over the course of the holidays to keep me out of the mall and not buying starbucks everyday
They close at 7pm! Like why? Its already hard to get pods. They still want you to wear a mask. Vaccinated or not. Time to buy a machine without being dependent on them and having to drive 55 miles.
