I ordered my nephews nut free cookies because of their allergies for a Christmas surprise. Well the surprise was on me.Do not order Mrs. Fields for the holidays. Got confirmation that my order was delivered on time.. however, never made it to its delivery address. Ring camera picked up not a sole dropping anything off at the time it was supposed to be delivered. Go with a company that can have a signed receipt for delivery or leave a picture like Amazon does. Don’t waste your time and or money.

I had some issues with my cookies, and sent an email to customer service. They called me within 24 hours. Their team at NorthPark were truly concerned, and made it right. This was my first time doing business with them, and I will be a customer for life.
Mrs. Fields bakery at NorthPark makes the best cookies and cookie cakes in Dallas! They are always my go-to for custom designed cakes and custom frosted cookies for all of our special occasions!!
