We got stuck in Dallas and decided to give the Minute Suites a try. Never again. Basically spent $200 for a closet with a vinyl couch that was so bad, my back literally still hurts a week later. A hotel would have been less expensive and much more comfortable.

At the DFW location in terminal D, I was chased out of the restroom, the $100 fee for the room clearly didn’t buy 2 minutes in the loo.The room was 80 degrees when I walked in, 82 a few minutes later - the thermostat apparently only there to taunt or maybe make the minibar a more attractive option. When asked, gentleman at the front desk indicated the A/C went out (someone flipped the breaker?) and this also happened two weeks before. I told him between the toilet and A/C I feel like I’m being punished, he shrugged.Edit: Once our time was up, a different member of staff mentioned this review and offered a refund for our stay. He noted that the A/C outage was out of their control and that it also negatively impacts staff as they must clean the rooms no matter the temperature, but that the other individual I spoke to should have indicated a refund was possible. I’m raising the rating for this review to 3 stars (from 1) on account of Matthew’s efforts to remedy the situation.

They are great. Had a huge layover today and spent three hours taking a much needed completely isolated nap in a mini hotel room. Costs about as much as a cheap overnight stay though.Rooms: 5/5

Been here last month and had a horrible experinece. After I left my Creditcard was charged additional $29. Luckily i was in airport and has enough time for next connection. I went back to Minutes Suites to inquire the charge. The credit card was charged for a missing tv remote, which was not even there when i entered. Then they refunded the amount. Their staff dont have account of the items in their rooms and would randomly charge customers.

It can't be beat when you get stuck at the airport and have a 6am flight the next morning. It's private and it's a flat place to lay down and sleep. The price is a little steep, but the convenience makes it worth it.I'd do again, but I hope I don't have to. ?

I paid for a half hour shower, comes with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a toilet. I also saw shaving gel looking stuff for men who might need it. It was so nice to have a hot shower to feel fresh after flying all day. The bathroom was very spacious too so plenty of room for your bags and to change

payed for 8 hours it was $199. No sheets just a blanket on a couch with one pillow. Extremely hot you can’t control the temperature. If you have a long layover and can’t leave the airport it’s a good option. but the hotel right out side is cheaper and probably more comfortable.Rooms: 3/5

Paid nearly 400 dollars for the Alamo suite because we wanted shower and bath room . The room was so cold and noisy (from AC) we couldn’t sleep even with extra blankets , we didn’t use the shower because we were so cold. Internet was rubbish couldn’t even watch TV, ended up leaving early to go and sit in the terminal to warm up, would never use again or recommend

Minute Suites DFW is nice and cozy and a great place to get away from the hustle of being in the airport if you want to get some rest or need a quite place to do work. Only down side is that the rooms aren't sound proof so I could hear what person was watching on TV in the suite next door. Besides that it was definitely a great experience and i was able to catch some well needed rest. They have snacks available in the rooms for purchase if you get the munchies. Overall great experience
