First time visiting Mike Anderson’s and I left more than satisfied!!Great food and awesome customer service, by far the best bbq place in town.Highly recommended

Don’t bother going anywhere else for the best BBQ you could ever want to eat. My husband has totally stop cooking brisket or ribs because he loves Mikes so much. No other BBQ restaurant in Dallas can hold a light with Mikes. The brisket pinto beans are better then mine. The loaded baked potato makes 2 meals for me. As for the BBQ sauce, I could drink it. Your cheating yourself if you don’t try it and compare. Would love for him to be open on Sunday but even Mike needs a day to rest.

Real rating is 4.4 but didn't want to dock this BBQ establishment. Brisket was good and tender, BBQ beans were great and pinto beans were spicy but missed on the flavor. For desert they have complimentary soft serve ice cream. I'll definitely go back.

Probably some of the worst BBQ I have ever had. Dry you can’t tell the difference between the brisket sandwich and the pulled pork both need sauce, sent me and my friends with the bubble guts. Best thing was the big red. Will never return to this establishment. Dicky’s is way better and they suck. Stay away.

My husband raved about this place, so he took me here for lunch. The food was delicious and portions were HUGE! I got the brisket sandwich, mashed potatoes and fried okra and it was the best I’ve had. Also had bourbon pecan pie and it was amazing. It’s a bit pricy but I promise we’ll worth it. Truly homemade bbq. Staff was also super friendly and quick service. We will definitely be back!

Where do I begin? The food… phenomenal. The portions… wonderfully excessive. The vibe… Texas to the max. The owner… sweet as pie. My friends and I are from the Midwest and needed to try some of the infamous Texas bbq and boy did we pick the right place. The pulled pork was melt in your mouth delicious and the bbq sauce really hit the spot. We had enough to make us unbutton our jeans and still have left overs. Thank you Mike for making us out of towners feel at home.

Excellent value! 3 meat dinner plate. Pulled pork was tasty. The moist brisket had a good smokey flavor; dry brisket not so much. Pork rib had a great smokey flavor, definitely in my top 5. The devilish eggs are huge and quite tasty. The cheesy corn casserole was delicious.

I love this place. Mike is always cheerful and ready to help. The meats are top-notch, and the sides could stand on their own. The chocolate and carrot cake are fantastic. The sweet tea is perfect. This is a proper barbecue joint.
