The manager was extremely rude to my guest and myself. It was my birthday dinner and the manager mentioned they do not split checks. He said I called to make the reservation and was informed of this. However, this is completely inaccurate based on the survey of my reservation. I never called and spoke to anyone. He also said I called back and made adjustments to my reservation. Also, completely false. I then let him know that no where on open table or their website does it mention that we have to pay everything on one bill. The manager continued to be defensive and even said that if something is missing it would go on my tab. His response was completely distasteful and ridiculous. It’s Mesero- not Nurs-et. Your prices are beyond affordable. Some would consider them cheap. Secondly, if the manager or the server does not know how to split a check, they should seek more training for their position. I would recommend a YouTube tutorial since this request seemed to be so extensive for them. All in all, everything would have been great. However, the poor customer service that manager portrayed last night made me never to step foot in there again. I’ll also be sharing this feedback with friends, family and uptown residents. I would hate for them to have the same experience I did. - SM
Food was great. Server was attentive. The drinks were strong so if you are a drinker then this is your spot.
Lady told me that she validated my parking. I had a gut feeling that she was not being honest, and wow, when I scanned my ticket to get out, I was correct. Why lie.

Restaurant handled the pre-basketball game crowd well but it did impact service. Appetizers and beverages first rate. Entrees a bit off.

Food was good and came out super fast. Unfortunately one of my tortillas had mold on it. Not good.
The waiter had a bit of a attitude… like he was troubled by doing his job. This of course changed when it was time to Pay and leave a TIP, HOW CONVENIENT THE GOOD WAS GREAT. It took me back to grandma’s house. I will be back or maybe just order to go.
