Great service. I expected a better coffee taste. The barrister prepared the coffee with h such precision you’d believe she was a drummer in a band. I was mesmerized by her skills. The wait time for the coffee was a little more than I expected. Of course, it was Sunday morning and a little crowded. I went on a long walk and needed a pick me up thereafter. I will give this coffee place another visit.

Chill place to grab a wonderful coffee. Saucy a great find. Literally just randomly searched for coffee shops and up popped this joint. Would be a great place to set up shop and get some work done.

Merit Coffee - Pleasant surprise. This is a solid specialty coffeeshop and was surprised to see they have a mod bar. Friendly service, and nice aesthetic overall but nothing really out of the ordinary or unique in terms of your typical specialty coffeeshop. The flat white was made with care. Toilets are clean and spacious, locked so you need to ask for the code. The only thing I have to say was a negative was use of plastics and difficult to recycle products.

Fun environment. The staff seems nice too, but the coffee is terrible and almost $9.00 for an almond milk latte. The food selections seem to be good and maybe tea will be a better option here. Also, if you are planning on working with your laptop, there seems to be a sufficient amount of plugs by the tables, but some of the tables are very low down to where it is uncomfortable to work. Parking may be an issue too as you are in Deep Ellum but this coffee shop appears to be open much later than many.

It was good coffee but too bitter for a cappuccino... it should have been lighter. The cashier also canceled out the checkout when I was gonna put my phone for th3 points. It is what it isGood atmosphere tho and grateful they are open at 7 AM.

Great coffee. House made syrups. The coffee is never over roasted and has great flavor. I typically order their drip coffee on ice but you can not go wrong with anything here. For those that want to come here and do some work, there is plenty of space to do work and many charging ports that are found under neath the seats.

They have a really good knowledge of coffee, and give great recommendations of what you'd like based on what you typically get. the fresh brewed coffee is wonderful, and the coffee beans smell and taste great when brewing at home. Also, they gave me the pointer to adjust my grind size when French pressing to get a better extraction, and it helped a ton.

We ordered a drip coffee (single origin from Colombia) and a 16-ounce Americano with two double shots of espresso. Both drinks were delicious, and the ambience of the cafe is excellent. It was our favorite coffee shop that we’ve been to in a while!

I had a bit high expectation of this coffee place but was disappointed. I ordered a vanilla cappuccino just basic order. It came out quite unpleasant and tasted way too bitter for a cappuccino (which is with milk). It was busy but that’s no issue at all. Seems like the need to expand their business and teach their works how to make decent cappuccino. I gave them 2 stars because they work very fast but need to work on their flavor.

This was a great coffee stop in the center of the Deep Ellum action. Whether you’re there for a coffee or a tea, or anything in between, the atmosphere and people there are great. There are many places inside for you to sit, or if the weather is nice, there’s an outdoor setup as well.
