6.19.22 - Stopped by with my cousin for a late night meal (10pm). The crowd (about 20 patrons) was very friendly and welcoming. The bartender was stressed or just not into making the patrons feel welcome at all. The food: (1) seafood combo; (2) 1lb crawfish; and (3) cup of jambalaya ($5.95). Seafood combo consisted of one large piece of white fish (cod maybe?)($15.95), a few fried oysters, 2 large shrimp, fries, very small red beans and rice, tartar, and cocktail sauce. The jambalaya (which came with 3 very delicious pieces of butter garlic toast) was phenomenal. Seafood combo was good, but the hushpuppies were disgusting and tasted nothing like hushpuppies. Combo also arrived with a very small side of beans and rice (delicious). The crawfish were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Not any major complaints because I don't like hushpuppies that much anyway. Would eat here again for sure!
The bartender knows what she is doing facts. And the music is ? old school. The food look good and smell amazing and you get a lot. Great vibe
Love this place. This is the last traditional Night Club in the DFW area. If you're looking to have a great time, this is the joint!

Memphis Brass playing tonight - excellent big band sounds! 18 very accomplished musicians, don't miss them on the 1st & 3rd Monday evenings! Food was very good, too.
It's a nice little hole in the wall club & they have nice bands on Friday & Saturday nights. But, the place is so small & gets really crowded, & they allow smoking which is not good.
Love the place, always have, hence 5 stars.The new? (Small, bald) GM decided to try to drop kick myself and 2 of my friends tonight, it was fairly hilarious as he was so drunk he could barely stand. The issue was, the staff were just letting him have at it and we couldn't/didn't want to even engage with the guy who was wildly flailing like some inflatable whacky crazy arm car showroom sales prop.Main issue was we all lost our cards, bartender was so wasted that she had no idea where she put them. So we've all had to cancel our cards in lieu.One of the owners was present and was totally accommodating of the fact that the GM was totally off his head, hence the 5 stars.I'm assuming a change of management is coming soon ?
Real hidden gem. Great music, drinks, and food. Space is small so get there early and stay awhile.
Love love this place! Friday was my first time at this bar while visit Dallas. Enjoyed my night. Live band was fire.
