After trying to order two different things that were not available, decided to order a chicken sandwich that came with fries for $18. I asked if I could substitute a side salad instead of the fries which were exactly the same price and the waitress told me it would be a $3 upcharge. I decided that was not acceptable, paid for my one beer that would have been 3 and walked out. They lost my business for the rest of my stay (5 days)

Wow was pleasantly pleased with our entire meal. Had the wings for an appetizer best we have had sense ever...followed up with shrimp and grits and the Anatoli burger quite tasty! A bit priceybut then its a resort after all.
This place is inside Hilton Anatole hotel. I was pleasantly surprised how fresh the food was not to mention how flavorful. Really good drinks from the bar. Well definitely visit again. Ramon was an amazing waiter.

I was at the Hilton Anatole hotel bar called Media 3 nights this week for dinner and drinks and sat at the bar.The bartenders work really hard and in getting to know them both Gina and Christina were fantastic!Christina shared she has 4 kids at home she is as helping support and she really showed true diligence in being professional!Gina took my complaint about my friend not getting his meal for 30 minutes and comped him a drink!They took the time to be fun and listen to our concerns yet were so professional!I highly recommend the media bar if you are visiting the Anatole for business. The protesters n bowl was so good so had it for dinner one night and lunch the next!
The Beyond Burgers are amazing, sub the regular fries for loaded because it's a different style of fry and they are more flavorful than the regular ones. The southwest salad was less desired by my daughter.
A little pricey but worth it. Conveniently located within the hotel. The food and service was excellent.
Having stayed at the Hilton Anatole a few times in the past few years, where this restaurant is located in, I've seen quite a few changes in the menu and food served. Given this is a hotel restaurant the menu has a variety of items to choose from which can cater to a wide demographic of people. For a family I think this place would be more than adequate. Personally I find the Media Burger to be a solid choice, while the price is a little steep like any hotel restaurant, I find the quality to be better than most hotel restaurants, but this is certainly not going to be the best food you'll ever eat. Everything is fresh and well seasoned, and the food quality is much better than it was in early 2021 when the restaurant first reopened. I find the breakfast served here to be pretty good for hotel breakfast too. In the end, if you aren't a guest at the Hilton Anatole and you are looking for somewhere to eat this probably isn't the place for you. If you are staying at the hotel and need some food though and don't mind slightly higher prices this is not a bad place to eat at.
Great staff! As far as the food, they have been falling off lately. Not sure if another cook is on the back or not. I ordered the steak tonight, medium rare. The ends were well done, one part was rare, the other part medium rare, another part medium. I've never had an unevenly cooked steak before. Really disappointed.
