The food and atmosphere was exactly what my group of friends and I needed! Cost for what you get is more than fair and reasonable! We of course all ordered separately, there was eight of us, I was the second to the last. Everybody's plate that came out before mine I was thinking to myself, damn it I wish I would have ordered that! Everything looks so good and I can't wait to go back next Friday! And PSA the young lady working the counter was absolutely wonderful more than accommodating and I can't wait to see her smile again! A wonderful employee!
Ordered a whole French dip with as jus sauce. Only got half a sandwich. Burned, and tough. No sauce. Didn't find out til I was half way home. Probably not coming back
Excellent service, very fast attention, fast food delivery, very good hygiene in the boxes, delicious food I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich with a delicious flavor, potato with bacon, chicken and delicious cheese
Forgot our kids Mac & cheese, then I found a piece of plastic in my potato soup. So in hindsight, probably a good thing they forgot it and I didn’t feed their food to my child.
Bought a Cesar salad to go, it came with no dressing Really? Do I need to request for Cesar dressing for my Cesar salad?
So far, everything I've tried here is okay at best. Their BLT+A sandwich lacks flavor. The chili looks like Hormel chili and tasted okay. The chicken tortilla soup was very disappointing, as it looked more like diluted nacho cheese with a FEW small pieces of chicken and not much else.On the plus side, their sweet tea is delicious and their chips are good. They get a 3rd star because their customer service is good. They're always attentive and friendly.
I've noticed other locations Quality matters. This location however I received the worst salad ever!! The lettuce and spinach was obviously old and smelled horrible, brown juice in the container, old cheese. They were out of candied pecans for my salad and cashier didn't offer or suggest anything else. I couldn't eat the sandwich I paid extra for as I was so disgusted with the salad. Oh yeah I threw away the baked potato as well, it was still hard( not cooked all way ), brown inside (old/reheated)
Best McAllister's in Dallas, I go almost every week and always receive top, kind service. Food is always on point as well!
4 out of 5 times we requested delivery (the first 2 times was about 2 months ago), they have gone to the wrong location. We give up. The food is good, but the lunch "manager" (I later found out she lied and was NOT the manager) on Tuesday, 12/30/21, was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me that our refund would have to come from Door Dash. I ordered it from McAlister's website, not through Door Dash, but yet the restaurant told me the refund would have to come from Door Dash because they were the delivery service. I was told by her that I selected Door Dash, therefore I agreed to a third-party. Wrong. I was NOT given an option, and it did not state it was a third-party until after I placed the order. "MCALISTERS" CHARGED US (per the bank) but I was told DOOR DASH would have to refund it. I visited the location in person to show them that THEY charged me for the food, but it didn't matter. They just said Door Dash would be 3-4 days, or 24-48 hrs, or something like that. I doubt we'll ever see the money. I have documentation of the charge and proof that I was not told beforehand that it was Door Dash, and confirmation from an email that proves McAlister's had the correct address, and I plan to send a complaint to the corporate office. We never received the order and just went to Sonic.
I ordered two of the pick two meals.My broccoli cheddar soup was half filled.It was not good..My salad was great but again the wrong sauce.They forgot silverware and butter for my coworkers meal.And they had these things checked off on the receipt.
