Hey, wait your turn. And don’t call in to order ahead… unless you’re taking it to go.

We were looking for a good hamburger joint near UTSW that was wheelchair accessible. We were celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary and my husband had a hankering for a good burger. After Maple and Motor was recommended by multiple friends, I sent a message via fb to inquire whether the restaurant was "wheelchair friendly". The owner himself replied that they were. (While restaurants are all to be handicapped accessible, not all are particularly "wheelchair friendly" due to parking, crowded dining rooms, small spaces.) We arrived before the lunch rush and the staff was quite accommodating, holding the door open for us, giving my husband a menu that he could read from his wheelchair, allowing us to choose the best location to sit with the wheelchair. I ordered wine and was pleased to see that it came in a real glass, as opposed the plastic cups they give for water and cokes. Our hamburgers were delivered hot and fresh from the grill. We both enjoyed our burgers and I was most appreciative of the thick, crispy bacon. My husband said the onion rings were great. We later learned that the tots are heavenly. So. We'll be back to give them a try. We did make a visit to the restroom, which was large and accommodating with rails available. I would say the food was good and the service was top-notch. Hours after our lunch, the owner touched base to inquire if they had taken good care of us. Listen. I am a sucker for small businesses that know how to make an experience personal. Jack and his staff made what can be an uncomfortable situation, easy. We would return without hesitation.

I waited a year to get to eat here. Heard so much about the place. Saw all the awards and badges they won. My anticipation was crushed. The burger was average. Sure, good beef but nothing special. Fries were below average. To add insult to injury they didn’t have normal drinks on the fountain machine. It was homemade sodas. It’s was terrible. I will say, the place was spotless and clean. The staff kept the inside and outside very clean. In addition the food did not take long to get after ordering.

Perfect place with a simple home menu from my childhood. Why has it taken me 21 years too find this place?

This was my first time going to Dallas,TX ? and my first time eating here as well. Its kind of a little place but its cool. I ordered a bacon cheese burger w/fries and a big red. Everything was good cant complain about the burger ??? Not gonna lie, be ready to spend some $$$ An I Wish they had the prices of the burgers because I didn't know that everything was individually priced as in the burger or sides. No meal combos which is fine but needs a better Menu. An "Guy" from food network has came here an recommends to eat here ! And SO DO I !! ?

This little burger joint has a lot of charm. I was close to my husband's work, so I picked him up and we grabbed dinner here. We ordered at the front and we told the woman there that we have never been before. She was very helpful in telling us what they are known for and giving recommendations. We both got a cheeseburger and my husband ordered fried and I ordered their famous tater tots. They brought the food to us at our table once it was done. The burgers are huge and very filling. They do not skimp on the sides either. We were very full and happily satisfied at the end of our meal. Definitely check it out if you are in the area.

Quick stop for lunch on my way through. Fried bologna sandwich Cowboy style was life changing... bologna will never be the same. Onion rings and chlil cheese fries are on point!!! Wifes cheese burger was ok but expected more... but that bologna sandwich though !!!

Burgers are wonderful, I had a double meat cheeseburger with Bacon and grilled Jalapenos, my GF had a cheeseburger. Little expensive for a burgers only place, but food was great. $34 for the two of us. $9.25 for the cheeseburgers. Bacon jalapeno and double meat were all extra as expected.

First time visit and we ate in. Burgers were huge and delicious, and you can tell everything was fresh. They only make them two ways: pink in the middle or no pink. They have uniquely flavored sodas with real cane sugar too, which is rare. I just didn't like that the bottom bun was soggy before I finished it due to how they arrange the toppings, but I would definitely come back. The menu is very small, but simple is sometimes better.

If it's not up to your standards I understand, everyone has their opinions, but still give this place a try, its fantastic.
