Made a point to visit here when we we're planning a weekend trip to Dallas. Had a delicious, down-to-earth breakfast. Everything was tasty, and our server was very attentive to us. He even offered some to-go coffee when we paid our check which we had to refuse because we were stuffed. If I come back to Dallas, would love to eat here again!
The food was so good and very well prepared, we all were completely satisfied. I had the Sleaziest, Cheesiest grilled cheese, with bacon and tomato and Onion Rings. It was one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I've had in a restaurant, next to making it yourself, it was very good. The onion rings were well seasoned with a nice crispy crunch. Would definitely order this again and highly recommend if you love a good grilled cheese sandwich. My brother had the The Big Payback chicken fried chicken sandwich with Onion Rings and my niece had the Birds Benedict with an egg served on top of a boneless fried chicken breast, covered in hollandaise and green onions, served with breakfast potatoes. It looked great, but not a fan of eggs. The service was great. Our server was very attentive, pleasant and friendly. Will definitely go back to Lucky's and explore other options on the menu.
My friends and I visit Luckys quite often for a pick-me-up. We love this place. The staff is wonderful and kind. The food is good every time and the vibes are even better. Seriously cannot recommend enough
Horrific service. Seeking legal counsel. Hair in food, orders repeatedly wrong, waitress rude, then she told cook, "they're Black." I'm putting this on all my social media platforms as well. I expect to hear from management immediately.
Ok so I sadly took more videos than I did pics of my food but seriously the BEST brunch in Dallas. I don’t know where to begin but we had the grapefruit mimosa carafe which was made with fresh grapefruit juice (also came in fresh pineapple, OJ, or cranberry) we also ordered fresh OJ which was fantastic. The beer battered green beans were amazing! My husband hates green beans and was skeptical of ordering but loved them! Definitely not what you would expect and a wonderful surprise…dipping sauce it comes with is 10/10. We got a side of bacon and order of migas & the chicken and waffles- which are probably the best in all of Dallas. Hard to beat the fresh cinnamon butter it comes with. They source a lot of their ingredients from local TX businesses so the honey with biscuits was also a hit! I love how they have something for everyone from breakfast - dinner and lots of plant based options. The staff is very friendly and attentive even though they were pretty busy. If you are looking for a place to brunch go to Luckys!
Hands down the best food! Fantastic flavor and great prices! My favorite place! I come to it every time I'm in Dallas! Love it! ❤️
We've been going to Luckys for several years now. A ton of great food options. Including gluten free. Farm to table choices. We've done breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything has been solid. Great service with no problems ever. Always happy to support local, small businesses. Can be busy during brunch times on the weekends, but that's just a sign of good food and service.
An all american dining cafe. Friendly staff and good food for fair prices. Most of the time is packed, so you may have to wait before a table is free. Really worth the visit.
Huevos rancheros were amazing and portions are good. Love to come back and try others if I'm around someday, got a piece of a real Texas diner experience.
The best place for breakfast. Great friendly service
