Went to Henderson Chick on Midway and didn’t know they was close, it’s been a while since I’ve been in this area. Decided to stop by Louisiana & they DID NOT disappoint.. low key happy Henderson wasn’t good.. Louisiana chicken was so fresh and good.. & it was my first time having them and I will definitely be back! Hope other locations is as good as them!
The reason why I gave them three stars is because number one the crust on the fish was on point but I can tell that they must have unthawed the fish in water reason being is because it was spongy it was not flaky but good I also had the chicken the breading was good fried perfectly and the taste good but I'm just keeping it real and telling the truth and somebody recommended me to go there and far as customer service A1 atmosphere very clean even the restroom was clean

Only tried chicken & Gumbo...Chicken was good & crispy & juicy...Gumbo needs some work...But I had heard this was good food so had to come try. Next time I'll try other stuff not just chicken.People were nice...
I have ordered two times so far. Food has been great, they make you freshly fried food, hot and nice, customer service is quick and average (which I like), and tastes good. I have had chickens at other places and they usually have the seasoning too strong that makes me thirsty afterward but I didn't have that problem here.Please keep up with what you do. Great chicken but I will not stand by a company that charges you 3.2% convenience fee for using your credit card. It’s 2022. I used to think this was a great cheap place. This is outrageous. Popeyes it is.
My husband went in to order and they said 15 mins. He waited 30 mins and they just keep saying 5 mins and was very rude and nasty. He got a refund but at this point he should have got a free meal. Do not give your money to these people they don’t respect black people business anyway.
