Asian Asian Fusion Barbeque

Amazing collaboration between two amazing and famous Chefs. Franklin’s BBQ and Uchi’s Chef Cole for the best Asian & Texas BBQ fusion ever! I recommend ordering several things to share. The drinks/cocktails are amazing. Mixing the iced tea with their lemonades was addictive and refreshing.Excellent location, plenty of free parking, patios and dog friendly.

This is a new place and omg the food. The chicken with curry is amazing. And the prime beef was just as good! We also had the cabbage salad which was light and tasty. I can’t wait to go back and try something different!

The dining room smelled of fresh leather first thing in the morning. It felt very open and modern. The food was fantastic. The vegetables were fresh and accentuated the meal beautifully. Presentation was on point and the flavors incorporated left me wanting to try more. My vocabulary wouldn't do them justice. This is definitely worth a repeat visit. We had the pea snaps.. smokey flavor in every bite. The smoked prime bravette and curry marinated shrimp rice bowls. All ?Check this place out.

what's not to love about this place?!?! Great food, Great service. Just go!

This place is pretty cool. The vibe is nice.I didn't get a chance to eat lunch so I was pretty hungry. I ordered the salmon deviled eggs and the shrimp rice bowl. You have to order at the bar, I came at 3:30 so that wasn't that big of a deal but I imagine that would be quite a pain during busier hours. I'm not a fan at places that don't have servers. (Especially when the prices are $15+ an entree)The aesthetic was very clean and modern. They have vaulted ceilings with beautiful beams and skylights and hanging plant features which is a nice touch. The walls are a deep Gray and the bar and accent walls are covered in a light colored brick. Decor is simple and well placed.I had a mango slushy which was delicious, had a nice flavor. The deviled eggs you couldn't really taste the salmon in them. Even though I ordered them as an appetizer they came after the shrimp boat came. They were good though! I really wasn't sure what to make of The Rice bowl though. It was served with onions, beets, garnished with cilantro and a side sauce that had a strange pho flavor. I really wasn't a fan of that, and it smelt weird like pho, too. The shrimp was nicely seasoned and grilled. There was plenty of seating outdoors and I would have sat outside but they have construction going on Haskell right now.I'm certainly open to trying more things but I don't see this as being a place that I would really frequent often. They did play pretty good music. It was pretty chilly inside.⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everyone should eat here at least once! The food here is exceptionally creative and delicious. Especially the crispy potatoes, which were crunchy, sweet, salty with so much yummy umami flavor! The brisket and salmon were also fantastic: smoky, sweet, and the perfect sour notes...SO good! Go with an appetite and order lots of plates to sample with friends for one of the best dining experiences in Dallas!

What a cool place, trendy and elegant. Unique and simple menu selections. We asked Waylon at the bar what he recommended. He was genuine and knowledgeable, a real asset to this establishment. His recommendations were spot on. Wonton chips and dip, Chicken Karaage and the smoked beef brisket were superb. Beef brisket was possibly the most tender and tasty ever. We also tried crispy smoked chicken sandwich, it was not in the same league as the beef.Overall a great place to hang out with friends, meet people, get a quick bite. Service is fast and organized well. Not really a sit down, full meal kind of place. More finger food and appetizer style selections but plenty to fill you up. A good place for young adults to see and be seen.

Definitely a MUST go! The depth of flavors and textures within each dish is unimaginable, so unique and worth it. My favorite was the smoked turkey. It's not your typical dry and flavorless turkey, I usually tell people my mom makes the juiciest turkey ever...but Loro has come extremely close. Excellent meal and a great time.

Very cool vibe, lots of room indoors and outdoors. Very efficient service model. Tip: if you want items to come out first, just order them and order again for things to come out later. Brisket was amazing. The crispy potatoes and corn fritters were awesome. The Szechuan tofu rice bowl was excellent. Looking forward to coming back soon.

The food was amazing , fast and friendly service . We will come back again soon
