First time 04.07.2022! Friendly staff and patrons! Good food! Good drinks!
Update: I came back on March 25 and the experience was awful. The wait was incredibly long to get the food (which, by the way, was still good). They were out of the beers we wanted, too. I’m not coming back.** original review**It ain’t fine dining, but for a bar the food is pretty good. I didn’t get a drink so I won’t comment on that. The chicken tenders were excellent; order it with the fries and you’ve got a great meal. Our server was super sweet and way nicer than those at the Ice House. The patio is nice, even with the highway in the background. Overall I’d come back again.
Even though they were short staffed when we went, the service was friendly and up-front about their wait times. Our waitress was super friendly and it was clear she was trying her best. We didn't drink anything other than water, but she kept our glasses full. The food was as bomb as expected! LOVE their hamburgers! We'll definitely be back.

Just off the Katy Trail in uptown, the local tap and table has been very hit or miss for me. Reasonably priced drinks and food. Over the 3 times I've been, the bar staff hasn't been quite as attentive as I expect. Their food recommendations haven't really fit the bill either. For your own sake, I recommend avoiding the Brisket Nachos. The cook that prepared them for my dining companion and I just didn't really care about the quality of his dish. Also, as this might be pertinent, this is a fairly noisy restaurant with patrons frequently watching (and loudly commenting) on sporting events.
Gourmet food was amazing. We had the chicken strips and they are hand breaded to order. The blue cheese burger was phenomenal! Tons of great drink deals and cannot wait to come back for brunch.

They literally have 1 person staffing the entire restaurant on a Saturday… for brunch. Took the guy a good 10 minutes to even greet us. Once we were sat, we waited for 10-15 minutes before finally leaving because nothing was happening. The place is dead (maybe 4 other patrons) and it’s clear why. I want that 20-25 minutes of my life back.
