THIS PLACE knows food! Let me just start there! I've never heard of this restaurant until today; I ordered using Door Dash. The burger with the egg on top is...nothing short of...spectacular...and I'm not saying this because I was hungry. The sweet potato fries were soft and fresh. I haven't yet tried the stuffed jalapenos, but I'm sure I'll be in for a treat! I MUST order again soon!
So the experience tonight was sad to say the least. I witnessed some things that has made me choose to never go back.Some of the tables were dirty with dishes for quit a long time. Plenty of staff wondering around talking.Servers wearing gloves ..... not sure whyScratching headRubbing nosePutting hair in ponytailBehind the bar looked as though no one had cleaned all day.Maybe I'm over reading this but, let's be clean in our work place and set the look to be an appetizing experience.
Excellent burger!! My family loves a good burger and we've hit all the joints in the Dallas/Ft Worth area many time. Today, my son and I stopped in right when they opened for an early lunch and boy did it hit the spot.I went with the BOM (burger of the month) and it killed! Sweet potato fries and an order of torches (look it up) made it a bomb of a meal.Nothing disappointed and I will be looking forward to my next trip!
We're regulars at Liberty Burger, and it's good but a bit inconsistent. Their meat is decent quality, their toppings are fresh, and their fries are shoestring cut and tasty, but they don't always get the cooking right on the burgers - we always order med rare, but sometimes they come out medium well to hockey puck. We still keep going back, so it's not an all-the-time problem, just occasional, and when they're good, they're quite good.
First time visit!! The restaurant is amazing, love the decor. Customer service was excellent and the food was really really good. The only thing I would change is probably requesting my burger be cooked more well-done versus medium, because the bottom bun unfortunately soaks up a lot of juice and becomes soggy from the medium cooked burger. The young man cleaning the tables was very meticulous so cleanliness standards are way above normal for most restaurants. Just as I was finishing dinner, I saw someone with a shake and really wanted one, but I said my next visit I will get one of their great shakes. Thanks for a great dining experience!

Great burger joint! Tried the Ahi burger and it was very good. Loved the sweet potato fries as well. Wish I had tried a shake instead of the macaroon ice cream sandwich (which was good but not a shake.) looking forward to trying other things on the menu next time. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating.
Plenty of seating area at the time when we went. Employees wore masks which was reassuring since dallas is seeing covid spikes again. Employees were all nice & friendly ?. THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!! I don't usually have good experiences with veggie burgers cause they tend to be hit or miss. But The Woodstock was so good ? ate it all. Will definitely visit again!
My wife and I came here for dinner, she ordered the “Napa” and I ordered the “South of the Burger”. Hers was very good and flavorful, mine was decent but I wouldn’t get it again. The skinny fries and the onion rings were pretty good.
Really good for a fast food kind-of place. Burgers are great, service is great. Milkshakes are really good, just a little pricey for what it is. Really good for a quick bite with kids.
