If you’re looking for fantastic Mexican food this is the place to be. We are from out of town and Las Palmas was highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Gabriel’s was our server, twice, and he totally hit it out of the park. He is absolutely a valuable asset to Las Palmas.

Absolutely amazing vibe and food. Gabe is truly the best server!

Great Service and Atmosphere

Visited here after a day at the museums and shopping. Its easy to find in uptown with parking behind the house they are in. Excellent unique Mexican food! We will be back.

Second time at this place and it’s a lot of fun! Atmosphere is great! Food is delicious and service is always great. I also like all of the small touches such as candles, bathroom amenities and more! Well Done!

Great dinner place . Was packed on a friday at 7 and we had to wait for an hour but we were near the bar so that helped??Tried several of the drinks and all were greatNachos and tacos had good flavor and portion size. We were seated outside on the patio and it was hot but sun was going down so cooled off a bitOverall was a nice experience. Server was very nice and quick with orders with great recommendation for dessert. The sopapilla cheesecake delicious. Will have to come back and see if we can sit inside

Great food and cocktails at a reasonable price. This plate absolutely defeated me, first time I couldn't finish in a while. Quantity of food was great but ultimately it was all a bit too heavy.

I met a friend for lunch this week and one of his suggestions was Las Palmas. He mentioned that the interiors was great, his words "think Lucille Ball 1950s". That seems pretty accurate.I was killing some time so got there around 1:30, parking is around back and there was ample spaces. Walking into the restaurant it took some time for my eyes to adjust because it is very dark and Moody inside. I really liked the ambiance! It has a very grand masculine vibe. Think Mad Men.The bar is well appointed and has ample seating, I sat at the bar and had a mimosa and some chips while I waited for my friend. The chips were served with two different salsas, both have a very good flavor. When my friend arrived we moved to a booth, our server was very friendly and informative and to great care of us. And chatting about the history of the location it had only been Las Palmas for 3 years, from the interiors it feels like this place has been around forever. I think it's been several other reiterations of restaurants in the past.We ordered queso which was good, we probably could have done with a cup because the bowl was pretty substantial.I ordered the seafood enchiladas that came with rice and beans. It was really delicious, the sauce was delectable and there were really scrumptious pieces of seafood throughout the enchilada. They also had a nice outdoor area as well, I will definitely be back for some patio dining soon.My friend mentioned they have a really nice private dining area upstairs and usually have a really good happy hour crowd. He raves about their margaritas.Great experience, highly recommend Las Palmas for some tasty Tex Mex.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great meal, ate at the bar tonite, fun!

went here for my grandsons bday dinner. we are from Orange and we were in Dallas to celebrate his birthday at a hockey game. we chose this restaurant for his dinner. so glad we did. service was excellent. food was spot on. only problem was getting a wheelchair down the narrow walkway and up the ramp. other then that the staff was prepared to accommodate my sons wheelchair at the table. my gs was very satisfied with his meal and so were we. thank you! hope to have the pleasure of dining in your restaurant if we ever make it back to Dallas
